Did Hades exist?

in Revelation C1 V18
Jesus said he has the key of Hades and of the Death.
i thought there r only two: God and Devil
but now Hades?
was Hades from Greek story? The God of death?
But you know Jesus is the God of both heaven and hell.
so help me, thanks

The interpretation of hades is grave. When Jesus comes to get us the people in hades is taken up to be judged(Rev.20 11-15). After he makes a new heaven knowone will go into a grave again.
