I think that's a little bit backwards to be honest. I don't think the Somalian gangsters were the ones that orchestrated anything it was more that those who were in power enabled them to do what they wanted to do. That helped them learn how to get around the government laws and regulations so that they could get kickbacks. Cuz the way of the mafia is not being in the open. They're very much behind closed doors about everything. But they also want to be in a position where they control even if there's another group coming in they're still going to be in control they're just going to take their cut
