Emotional?

Hello everybody. I don't know why, but lately when I read a verse in the Bible it brings me to tears. I want to believe that the Holy Spirit is actually speaking to me. Sometimes I feel conviction even. Most of the time I don't know how I'm feeling. I'm sharing this with y'all because y'all always make me feel comfortable with however I'm feeling. Please continue to pray for me and my family. Thank y'all so much. God Bless each and every one of you.

I understand what you mean. I'd like to give you some advice however (assuming I'm understanding your post), don't mix up personal feelings with the truth of God's Word. Our feelings are easily deceptive and should not 'lead us'. Be led by the Spirit.

Something that helps me in growing daily is listening to sermon podcasts. My favorite preachers are David Jeremiah (Turning Point), Derek Prince, Charles Stanley. They are enlightening, and the 3 together give a lot of sound wisdom, daily. Give them a listen and you'll see how comforting their teachings are, and Scripturally sound.

Do you mind if I ask if it is one verse or any and all the verses you read?
If it is one particular verse, do you mind telling me what verse it is?
