Even though the inward spiritual mark would result in an outward physical blemish, even still they will not repent of sin.

By faith in Jesus Christ one can get victory over the mark of sin and the name, which is Death.

Yeah because those who have that mark are judged, none of them is saved by faith, because they don't have none! Rev. 15:2 does say they were saved by faith, it says they were defeated!
