First Posting

My first post on TJ although I have been registered for a while now. God is working in my life and I am greatfull. I have been a Christian for some time but feel the need to develop a relationship with God. Recently I followed some bible study guides only to learn that the preacher was advocating a Saturday Sabbath. That sort off stopped me in my tracks and made me question things.

Right now I just want to say that I am proud to be a Christian, I accept Jesus as my saviour who died for our sins. I feel like a bit of a hippocrite proclaiming my love and belief for Jesus when the daily challenges of life lead me to sin, but I accept that Jesus died for our forgiveness.

So that is the start. Sorry for the thread being a little self centered just wanted to contribute in some way.

Hi Craig. Welcome to TalkJesus. It sounds as if you were listening to a Seventh Day Adventist preacher. They use a Saturday sabbath.
