FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT - False Conversion?

yes jari,do you think, that the gifts of the Spirit,can come from the fruits of the Spirit? I am not sure.But I sure agree grace is always part of both. amen thanks.

Jesus tells us in the parable of the sower that the seed falls upon many types of terrain.The seed that fell into rocky places produced an instant feeling(joy) that fades.

Matt. 13:20 The one who received the seed that fell on rocky places is the man who hears the word and at once receives it with joy.
Matt. 13:21 But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away.

Good soil has the proper ingredients to hear the word and understand it.

Matt. 13:23 But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."

I feel we can be the different types of soil at different times of our life.I know my soil had to be terraformed many times.Someone who comes to the kingdom because they are hurting may get some instant relief or they may not.

some actually probably A lot of people start off and are just trying to save their flesh and with it their own agenda/baggage . they wash their flesh up sweep the house clean . clean it up and present it to the world as a 'new creation'.
but really they/we just get more and more controling to everyone around them/us so that their flesh gets more comfortable as long as no one rocks their boat they may appear quite "peaceful". but watch long enough and you can always tell this is where they are coming from when everyone becomes "the devil"!... as long as their flesh is in control they are peaceful.. thus their flesh has less and less 'ISSUES', so it appears to be "peaceful" or whatever fruit it is that they WANT it to be.


yes they got Fruit, it dont' mean it is ate-able.. not for anyone but themselves.
sure they offer others , maybe nice or kind instead of loving.. really loving etc . which is really a cheap imitation of what it is the father is really offering for us to become.

clue as they control everyone around them with their kind of "kindness" usually oozing with religious piousness..oh yes that always comes if we are operating from our own definitions and not his .

I leave these techincal details to God but all comes from Holy spirit thats for sure!

And yes grace it has nothing to do how good we are, God gives His spirit to believers and He doesnt look to persons...

Our problem is? We never see the gifts from above! Only the results they are in us ,By Faith!
We get nothing from GOD, except by Faith! We first must believe the things HE says is truth !
you know at first i doubted tongues , then i believed !then i tried to force it too come about! then i gave Up and told the LORD, I do not care if You give me anything! I still will serve YOU all the days of my LIFE !

then i heard my self speaking in tongues!
I found many times, we must give up to Him, in order than He can do whatever in our lives!

He will not force us !


As long as we try to do it in our own power? He cannot ! Once we allow Him to take over .Then we see the miracles!

He gets All the Glory and Honor , Because HE does it all !

That keeps us humble to know it is Not Us , but HIM! It about Him , not US!

I think its more like that we mature and the more we learn to walk in the spirit the more we allow the spirit to show through us

That's what a growing seed does - it matures. Also, you said we have to ask for the fruits; that's not so. They are the Spirit's ministry, when He comes they come.

Its great that God does want us to enjoy "God's kingdom" even everyday life ... But its true what you said that the Holy spirit comes also when you serve the Lord, this of course is needed for what would we be on our own?

When we ask (or simply by faith?):

Eph 5:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

When we serve:

Act 13:51-52 But they shook off the dust of their feet against them, and came unto Iconium. (52) And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Ghost.
