Give Me an Answer - In the Beginning God, or In the Beginning Hydrogen.

I dont believe angels have part in the church. We have the indwelling Holy Spirit. What situations could possibly arise that he cant handle.
Angels were used by God bfore church age. And when church is taken out,Revelation tells they will be used again in tribulation. But there is no need for them now. Or the Holy Spirit is not capable.
I understand what you mean. But God uses both Mankind and angels to do his work, even though you would say that God could do everything. He just chooses not to

Then is there a need for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit?
I definitely cant argue against you. We will find out in by and by huh?
Thanks brother

Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Angels are sent forth to "minister FOR.." those who are heirs of salvation. That means you.
How to get them to minister for you is this.........

Psa 103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

The Church is the one that is supposed to give "Voice to His Word"

1Pe 4:11 If you speak, you should do it like one speaking God's very words. If you serve, you should do it with the strength God provides. Then in all things God will be praised through Jesus Christ. Give him the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen. (Nirv)

Thanks brother. But again, why indwelling of Holy Spirit if he cant tackle the job?
Can you name something,or give a situation where an angel would need to be sent. I cant.

The indwelling of the Holy Spirit gives us the authority to use the Gifts.

There is no such thing as false Gifts. But those who live in darkness do not have the authority to use them. This is why in Scripture we see were those who try to use the Gifts, without authority, get slammed.

What God uses Angels for, are a veriety of things. Everything from nature to taking your prayers before the Lord.

Oh ya, it is quite a sight, watching Angels taking prayers before God. I hope some day you will recieve a vision .

On the Great Day of the Lord, you will experience many things. Including how God sees you.

The Angels help us to serve God better.

We have gottten away from our origional task, to reach out to the world. More are concerned about thier own well-being.

See , if i would have read your note, i would not had to say a word. Lol

But i am glad to see my experience is not vain. For what i wrote comes from personal experiences with Angels

There are a number of Angels that have specific tasks. As in nature

Luk 1:18 And Zachariah said to the angel, By what shall I know and be sure of this? For I am an old man, and my wife is well advanced in years.
Luk 1:19 And the angel replied to him, I am Gabriel. I stand in the [very] presence of God, and I have been sent to talk to you and to bring you this good news.

Luk 1:26 Now in the sixth month [after that], the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee named Nazareth,
Luk 1:27 To a girl never having been married and a virgin engaged to be married to a man whose name was Joseph, a descendant of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
Luk 1:28 And he came to her and said, Hail, O favored one [endued with grace]! The Lord is with you! Blessed (favored of God) are you before all other women!
Luk 1:29 But when she saw him, she was greatly troubled and disturbed and confused at what he said and kept revolving in her mind what such a greeting might mean.
Luk 1:30 And the angel said to her, Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found grace (free, spontaneous, absolute favor and loving-kindness) with God.
Luk 1:31 And listen! You will become pregnant and will give birth to a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus.
Luk 1:32 He will be great (eminent) and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to Him the throne of His forefather David,

Thanks brother. All good scriptures. But before church age and coming of the "Comforter"

Act 12:6 The very night before Herod was about to bring him forth, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, fastened with two chains, and sentries before the door were guarding the prison.
Act 12:7 And suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared [standing beside him], and a light shone in the place where he was. And the angel gently smote Peter on the side and awakened him, saying, Get up quickly! And the chains fell off his hands.
Act 12:8 And the angel said to him, Tighten your belt and bind on your sandals. And he did so. And he said to him, Wrap your outer garment around you and follow me.
Act 12:9 And [Peter] went out [along] following him, and he was not conscious that what was apparently being done by the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision.
Act 12:10 When they had passed through the first guard and the second, they came to the iron gate which leads into the city. Of its own accord [the gate] swung open, and they went out and passed on through one street; and at once the angel left him.
Act 12:11 Then Peter came to himself and said, Now I really know and am sure that the Lord has sent His angel and delivered me from the hand of Herod and from all that the Jewish people were expecting [to do to me].

Again great passages. Other than early church beginnigs has an angel appeared. Out side of revelation?

There is no need for God to send an angel not that the comforter is inside us.
You cannot honestly say you have seen one. Or that you had a vision.

Those on youtube and yes, even in churches who claim such are lying, were on drugs or something they had for supper gave them a weird dream.
Those who say they had a vision and God sent them back with a message is nonsense,in my opinion.

There is no message for God to send other than the svriptures. And if someone had a vision they would never brag about it.
But thats my belief

Was Peter already filled with the Holy Spirit at this time when an angel came to deliver him from prison in these few scriptures?

No. But just like the sign gifts of the apostles,it was needed at that time in building of the early church. We now have doctrine and the Comforter.
These are just my beliefs brother and could be dead wrong. But dont think so.
Millions believe as you d,millions believe such as i.
Doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things. We may find out we are both wrong.

Heb 13:2 Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it! (NLT)

Angels have always been one of God's ways of caring out his will upon this earth, and they will always be used by God no matter what time it is in eternity. Peter had alredy been filled with the Holy Spirit before being arrested in fact he was filled more than once in many other areas in scripture.

Act_2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Act_4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
Act_4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

Angel is used in different terms. Pastors for example. And also i believe Paul was speaking of Abraham and others. He was just stressing the point to be hospitable to to fellow man.
