He may have forgotten about it but I am reminding him to give one.

By the way... before he gives his presentation of the gospel, I wish to share in the OP Paul's presentation of the gospel by how we are saved by believing in Jesus Christ.

Romans 8:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! 16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

I see no religious gauntlet to repent from all sins before sinners can get saved since we need Jesus Christ to deliver us from our bondage to sin and to death so that afterwards, we can lean on Him to live a life of repentance daily.

Some may insist that they have to confess Him with their mouths, but in truth, they have to believe in Him for them to say that, right? So their confessing or calling om Him to save them means they believe in Him if they are doing that.

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Hebrews 12:1Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Anyway.... @God's Truth I am prompting you as a reminder to give your gospel presentation that you would give to sinners today. You said you would but did not have time that one day, & now I am reminding you.

God be willing, He will give you the time to give a presentation in the following post. Thank you in advance.

He may have forgotten about it but I am reminding him to give one.

I have already explained the gospel to you. It seems that you are the forgetful one.
However, I love talking about God's Truth and am glad to have a thread where we can discuss and not worry about changing the topic.

Read what Paul says here:
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Paul says to confess/say with your mouth, "Jesus is my Lord".
Now if you think Paul is teaching that is all you have to do is say, "Jesus is my Lord", then you are wrong, for Paul tells us about confessing! More on that shortly. Right now, I want to show you about saying to yourself, or anyone that Jesus is your Lord--
-
What does the Lord God Jesus say about calling him your Lord, do you know? Let me help you.

Luke 6:46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

Matthew 7:21 Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

Romans 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Notice how Paul then says to call upon the Lord?
Those who CONFESSED and REPENTED of their sins ARE THE ONES WHO CALLED UPON the Lord to save them.

Acts 22:16 And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name

2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Read this scripture, the people confessed their sins, repented of those sins and then called on Jesus to save them, and it was so common even the Pharisees and teachers of the law saw this matter and commented on it!

Acts 9:21 But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests?

Read how Peter explained Jesus to the Jews who formerly rejected Jesus:

Acts 2:21 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

READ THE COMING SCRIPTURES FARTHER DOWN:

37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

I have proven with scriptures that the people are to confess their sins to Jesus, repent of them, and then call on Jesus to save them.

16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

Here is the rest of the scriptures from Romans that you posted and wanted me to highlight and explain to you.
Notice that Paul says, "But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith Lord, who hate beleive our report?"
What does Isaiah say?!!!

Isaiah 59:20 “The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins,” declares the LORD.

I have already explained the gospel to you. It seems that you are the forgetful one.
However, I love talking about God's Truth and am glad to have a thread where we can discuss and not worry about changing the topic.
Well feel free to present the gospel as you would to sinners today in a world where the world is telling them sin is not a sin and that they are okay and normal. I would like to see how you would present the gospel to see if it is any different by how Paul had given it in the OP.

Read what Paul says here:

I do not want a rebuttal. I would like to know how you would present the gospel to sinners today.

Just imagine addressing a bunch of sinners that church members had brought into church to hear the gospel or imagine being a street preacher even. How would you preach the gospel to sinners today?

I see no religious gauntlet to repent from all sins before sinners can get saved since we need Jesus Christ to deliver us from our bondage to sin and to death so that afterwards, we can lean on Him to live a life of repentance daily.

Here is Paul explaining what he preached to get saved:

Acts 20:21 I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.

Acts 26:20 First to those in Damascus, then to those in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and to the Gentiles also, I preached that they should repent and turn to God and prove their repentance by their deeds.

Some may insist that they have to confess Him with their mouths, but in truth, they have to believe in Him for them to say that, right? So their confessing or calling om Him to save them means they believe in Him if they are doing that.
See how you see that we have to do something but are trying hard to show that we don't have to?

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Those scriptures show that we have to be accepted by God to be saved.
Since Jesus, it is no more about being saved if you are blood related to Abraham.
It only matters now who comes to God through Jesus and repent of their sins, crucify themselves with Christ on the cross, and believe Jesus' blood washes away the sins they repent of doing.

Anyway.... @God's Truth I am prompting you as a reminder to give your gospel presentation that you would give to sinners today. You said you would but did not have time that one day, & now I am reminding you.
I don't need prompting to talk about God, and as I told you before, I have been explaining how to get saved many times on this site.
Glad though there is a thread just to talk about it.
God be willing, He will give you the time to give a presentation in the following post. Thank you in advance.
As you can see, I am doing that exactly.

How do you know if you are not confusing discipleship which is required after salvation in living that reconciled relationship with God thru Jesus Christ??

Acts 2O:21 can still be about repenting from unbelief by having faith in our Lord Jesus Christ as that would align with his gospel presentation in Romans 10:8-17 KJV

Acts 26:20 is definitely repenting from unbelief by believing in Jesus Christ since they are supposed to show works meet unto repentance, but the Jews did not like that. Funny how the Gentiles were not provoked.

Acts 26:20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance. 21 For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me. 22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: 23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

Anyway, I believe your back is against the wall whe Paul had given his presentation which did not involve any call to reent from all sins but to believe in Him which then means only repenting from unbelief by believing in Him to be saved.
See how you see that we have to do something but are trying hard to show that we don't have to?
How can they confess Him unless they believe in Him first? When they believed in Him, they are saved and now confessing Him shows others that God has saved him.

Well feel free to present the gospel as you would to sinners today in a world where the world is telling them sin is not a sin and that they are okay and normal. I would like to see how you would present the gospel to see if it is any different by how Paul had given it in the OP.
I explain it like this...

If anyone wants to be a child of God's, reconciled to Him, saved, then all they have to do is get Jesus' teachings from the Bible and do what Jesus says to do.

Jesus tells us how to make our hearts right for the Father and Jesus to live there, and what one needs to know to be the one he saves.

We have to be humble, ready to live our lives as a child who is to do everything their parent says to do, and repent of our sins.

We have to repent of our sins, we have to crucify ourselves with Christ on the cross and die to the sins of the world, and rise up and live to please Jesus.

After you repent of your sins and die to the sins of the world, and believe that Jesus' blood washes you, you are to call on him to help you, to save you, to give his Spirit to live in you.

After you are made perfect and holy by obeying his word, then you live up to what you have obtained, you live to please Jesus by obeying his teachings, working out your salvation and training yourself to know what is good and right.

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Those who received Him did so by believing in Him, even in His name. That is how they were born again of the Spirit.

The deference from the will of the flesh and the will of man takes away the gauntlet you placed on sinners to repent from all sins before being saved.

As it is, you present the gospel as if it is of the will of the flesh and the will of man by repenting from all sins first rather than believing in Him, even in His name in how we are saved.

I explain it like this...

If anyone wants to be a child of God's, reconciled to Him, saved, then all they have to do is get Jesus' teachings from the Bible and do what Jesus says to do.
Huh? Did you just tell them to go read the Bible? I do not believe Paul said that in his gospel presentation.
Jesus tells us how to make our hearts right for the Father and Jesus to live there, and what one needs to know to be the one he saves.
More emphasis on the sinner to go read the Bible and figure it out for themselves.
We have to be humble, ready to live our lives as a child who is to do everything their parent says to do, and repent of our sins.

We have to repent of our sins, we have to crucify ourselves with Christ on the cross and die to the sins of the world, and rise up and live to please Jesus.
So far every thing is on the sinner to save himself.
After you repent of your sins and die to the sins of the world, and believe that Jesus' blood washes you, you are to call on him to help you, to save you, to give his Spirit to live in you.
After you repent of your sins and die to the sins of the world.... if sinners can do that before they are saved, what do they need Jesus for ?
After you are made perfect and holy by obeying his word, then you live up to what you have obtained, you live to please Jesus by obeying his teachings, working out your salvation and training yourself to know what is good and right.
Question; are you still working for your salvation or how are you applying working out your salvation?

To me that phrase is from the Bible but it certainly does not place any emphasis on man but to respect Who is really working in them in their redeemed lives.

Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

See that latter end of verse 12 ties into why they should fear since they cannot do His work in them by the deeds of the law or by the flesh of doing the best they can but by faith & confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ to finish?

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:........ 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

Let me ask you this; do you believe Jesus Christ is able to do this below?

2 Timothy 4:18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

If so, where is your faith in Him to do it if you claim you are doing it by the deeds of the law by keeping a commitment religiously by the flesh & will of man??

How do you know if you are not confusing discipleship which is required after salvation in living that reconciled relationship with God thru Jesus Christ??
You have to be saved first by obeying to be blessed by God, to be a disciple, a child of His, a friend.

Luke 11:28 He replied, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."

Matthew 12:50 For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."

John 15:14 You are my friends if you do what I command.

John 8:31 Then Jesus said to those Judeans who had believed him, "If you continue to follow my teaching, you are really my disciples

Paul says to turn AND REPENT AND HAVE FAITH.
Your definition of repent meaning to just believe is NOT the truth.

How can they confess Him unless they believe in Him first? When they believed in Him, they are saved and now confessing Him shows others that God has saved him.
You are not receiving understanding from God and keep going against what is plainly written because, you go against the very way to get understanding.

Jesus says he gives understanding to those who OBEY his teachings.

John 14:21 The person who has my commandments and obeys them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will reveal myself to him."

Psalm 25:14 The LORD confides in those who fear Him, and reveals His covenant to them.

...and many more scriptures that show to obey then receive understanding.

You forgot the scriptures right before that one.
You forgot that it speaks first of John the baptizer who preached we have to repent of our sins first.
The deference from the will of the flesh and the will of man takes away the gauntlet you placed on sinners to repent from all sins before being saved.
You need to stop saying to get saved by repent of sins is a "gauntlet".
A gauntlet is like running through the middle of a bunch of people on each side beating you with billy clubs.

As it is, you present the gospel as if it is of the will of the flesh and the will of man by repenting from all sins first rather than believing in Him, even in His name in how we are saved.
We have to believe what the Word Jesus Christ says. We have to believe that we have to obey what he says, for that is how we are saved, how we eat his flesh, it is how we have the Spirit and life.

John 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
John 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
John 8:51 Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death."
John 663 The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.

Huh? Did you just tell them to go read the Bible? I do not believe Paul said that in his gospel presentation.
We don't have the Apostles going around preaching the truth anymore. They have gone to the city in heaven.

There are no more new testament churches where we get visits from the Apostles, and letters and books to share that were written by them and other eye witnesses to the Lord.

The Bible is finished and we have the letters and books in our possessions.

More emphasis on the sinner to go read the Bible and figure it out for themselves.
Figure it out for themselves?
No.
They read what Jesus says to do and they do it, then Jesus will become their Teacher.

When I wanted God's Truth and not some man's truth, for the denominations are many, I ended up searching for God's Truth in the Bible, and finding God's Truth by doing what Jesus says to do in the Bible.
We don't find God's Truth by joining a church and studying what their pastors say.
We find God by getting Jesus' teachings in the Bible and doing what he says.
That is how we search and find.
So far every thing is on the sinner to save himself.
Only Jesus can save us, and he tells us who he saves and why.
After you repent of your sins and die to the sins of the world.... if sinners can do that before they are saved, what do they need Jesus for ?
WHAT DO THEY NEED JESUS FOR?!!!
Because of Jesus, we can be reconciled to God, which means we can be forgiven and made perfect and holy and placed in the heavenly realms with Him and God Himself live in our heart.
Question; are you still working for your salvation or how are you applying working out your salvation?
I have salvation now, and I work out my salvation getting rid of sins that I did before I was saved.
I am no baby Christian, so there are no more sins as before to work out.
Some people have a harder time and take longer.

To me that phrase is from the Bible but it certainly does not place any emphasis on man but to respect Who is really working in them in their redeemed lives.
We have to trust God's Word. We have to believe what He says and then just do it.
A person gets understanding after believing and obeying.

See that latter end of verse 12 ties into why they should fear since they cannot do His work in them by the deeds of the law or by the flesh of doing the best they can but by faith & confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ to finish?
You sound confused and are claiming the scripture is contradicting what it says.
They obeyed to get saved, and they continue to obey after they are saved.

Amen.
You think Paul is doing evil. You don't understand that scripture.
Paul is explaining that Jesus delivers him from all the evil others are doing to him, such as attacking him, having arrested and beat...
Paul says that he will be delivered from all the evil that people do to him, and that he will die and be in heaven after his death of his body.
If so, where is your faith in Him to do it if you claim you are doing it by the deeds of the law by keeping a commitment religiously by the flesh & will of man??
There is a new law. Jesus' teachings are the new law. What Paul and all the New Testament scriptures teach is the new law.
We have to do what Jesus says, he is the Way.

I'm pretty sure that "he" is a "she' but it's so hard to tell these days.

I give thanks to the Lord for your patience in dealing with me as I thank the Lord for the patience I have in return, but you should consider & be able to understand from my point of view that there is nothing to say that the obeying is by believing in Jesus Christ. Let's look at the 2 greatest commandments under the New Covenant for abiding in Him as His disciples.

1 John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight
. 23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

When I look at the 2nd commandment and find it difficult to love my enemies, and yet this is what Jesus is asking me to do and so then I go to the first commandment and believe in Him that He will supply the love I need to do this.

That is why I believe it is written simply the just shall live by faith. I used to look to myself in doing the best I can in keeping my commitment to make Jesus Lord of my life and failed because no matter how much the spirit was willing, he flesh was weak and therefore what is impossible for man, is possible with God but guess what? If I cannot do overcome recurring sins even though Jesus Christ was in me earlier before I was led astray to make a commitment to make Jesus Lord of my life, and that was when it got hard because I was doing the best I can and when failing, I turn to Him for forgiveness and help, and then like an idiot, I go back to my religious flesh in doing the best I can out of appreciation to Him in keeping that commitment to make Jesus Lord of my life. Like a yo yo, a repeating cycle of using God's grace to sin in trying to keep a commitment until Jesus had set me free to rely on Him all the time thereby getting to know Him and the power of His resurrection when I see myself following Him a whole lot better than I was by doing the best I can in keeping that commitment.

Plus, there was a woman I used to work with that had believed she had to clean up her life first before coming to the Lord to be saved, and I told her she can come to Him as she is and He will save her from her sins. She did not believe me but later on, whomever the Lord used to confirm the word to her, the next time I saw her the joy of the Lord was in her face and she was so happy. Obviously the Lord forgave her and delivered her form whatever sins she was troubled with.

Now I know some sin addicts may be delivered right away while others testify that He helps them everyday in not giving in to temptations and leading them away to do good things instead, even I can testify that to my thoughts, and so that is Jesus Christ working in or lives as the Good Shepherd He is and not just as our Saviour for believing in Him to be saved.

Paul says to turn AND REPENT AND HAVE FAITH.
Your definition of repent meaning to just believe is NOT the truth.

I dare say is this, there are some sinners in the world that tried to stop sinning; even religious ones like Paul when he was under the law in doing the best he can to keep the law, but failed as Romans 7th chapter is all about.

So when you preach the gospel to sinners, you better tell them that Jesus can deliver them from their sins and the works of the devil in their lives that is destroying their lives because Jesus Christ can help them to repent from all sins on a daily basis whether they sin, ask for forgiveness and help not to do it again or when He leads us away from temptation as well as putting away any provision for the flesh or thoughts that are weights that causes us to sin.

I'm not against living a life of repentance when I see that as discipleship or running that race but they have to be saved first with Jesus Christ in them in order to get in that race & be able to run that race & all that is required is to believe Him.

You forgot the scriptures right before that one.
You forgot that it speaks first of John the baptizer who preached we have to repent of our sins first.
It referred to John the Baptist but it did not touch on what his water baptism was for when the majority of those verses was about how the Word of God, Our Creator, became flesh and dwelt among us.

And if that what you say was truly applicable, then it would be of the flesh and of the will of man because they would have to repent from all sins first as you claim in order to be saved, but John 1:12-13 refutes that.

So there is no way you can apply John the Baptist's water baptism as necessary for salvation nor can you say water baptism in Jesus's name is necessary for salvation when believing in Him is how they get the remission of sins permanently as saved for why John the Baptist's water baptism of repentance for the remission of sins is only referring to sins past committed since his water baptism, thus not saved yet.
You need to stop saying to get saved by repent of sins is a "gauntlet".
A gauntlet is like running through the middle of a bunch of people on each side beating you with billy clubs.
Habitual sinners that try to quit sin on their own will see it as a gauntlet in beating themselves up in trying to quit sin on their own and failing. They will hear the devil accusing them of not trying hard enough or that they are Jeckyl and Hyde and can never stop sinning, but when they hear of our hope in Jesus Christ not only for eternal life by believing in Him but for deliverance from sin's dominion over our lives daily? That is them hoping & believing in Jesus Christ to be saved.

Erring believers use that as meaning communion when in fact Jesus has been telling them how to receive that bread of life that gives life to the world and that is by coming to & believing in Jesus Christ, but He pointed out that even after telling them that, they still did not believe Him.

John 6:30 They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work? 31 Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. 32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. 34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.

35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. 36 But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not.

So how does one obey His words that gives life to the world? By believing His words that by coming to & believing in Him is how they have eternal life. That is how we receive the bread of life by believing Him & His words.
