Weird Dreams from Grandpa

Can anyone tell me what this vision means:
This girl who looked like Barbie was running, and her head changed into a different girl, and the heads kept changing repeatedly.
She finally stopped running. She was in a room with a painting of Jesus in the background.
In the middle of the floor was a small table and a bowl of fruit.
The table and bowl of fruit changed into a broom & dust pan.



PLEASE IF YOU KNOW LET ME KNOW .
