Have any one experience a "Truly" Miraculous healing from God through a faith healer I mean a "Miraculous" Healing, that is Impossible.

Yeh. I read that one article. You are going to read and believe what you want to read and believe. But I look at the fruits of a man. There are over 600 churches set up in Mexico as a result of the ministry he founded in the most detestable/isolated of places. His ministry has raised over 400 from the dead and many have come to Christ as a result. He is coming to my church in November. I am just super excited to see this man speak. :)

"Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their conduct, imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."
Hebrews 13:7‭-‬8 NASB1995

God was, is, and always will be a miracle worker. We should follow His example.

And, yes, I'm a skeptic. Well -- what kind of churches Are they in Mexico? Is God's Word being taught? are people coming to saving faith through Jesus Christ? Is the main emphasis on raising people from the dead?

In the New Testament -- Jesus Christ was bringing a few people back to life. But His main ministry was performing miracles -- showing the people there was something Greater than themselves -- His Heavenly Father. There were lots who didn't believe in life after death. The Sadducees. Jesus' was showing that people Can come back to life.

But Eternal life is Most important. Everyone will be resurrected -- the Great White Throne Judgement. And then on to eternal Life in either the New Jerusalem OR the lake of fire and brimstone.

A question -- what are you anticipating when David Hogan comes to your church? Are you anticipating hearing him preach the Word of God? Or anticipating hearing about all the people he's raised from the dead. And what are all those people doing with their lives Now? Are they continuing to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ? How long did they live After Mr. Hogan raised them?

And, yes , God is the performer of the miraculous. How are we to be following His example? We ARE told to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and then our neighbor as ourselves. Sharing the Gospel unto salvation with whomever will listen.

I shared about David Hogan because of the questions asked. If you are interested, you can look up his ministry and decide for yourself. He has YouTube videos speaking even. We need to seek the miracle worker rather then the miracles. But miracles do happen. I think it speaks volumes that places with witch doctor's and voodoo magic proclaim Christ now.

But it is the Word of God that speaks of healing and miracles. If you do not believe the Bible says that, that they are ceased for today, you are not going to see God's work here or anywhere else.

Whether you believe or not, people are coming to Christ that otherwise would have not heard of Him at all.

Have a blessed day.

I Have looked up his ministry -- that's why I'm concerned.

A church I used to go to had missionaries going into some very 'troubled' areas in Africa -- witch doctors and the voodoo. They won the witch doctor to Christ and he led his people. And Then the missionaries could continue to work amongst the people.

@Mayflower - miracles and healings are abundant within Pentecostal churches.
The Spirit-filled church is one full of the power of God and the gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed to the saints as needed in the body of Christ.
Three of these gifts work very closely together - faith, healings and miracles.
In my pentecostal church, The Revival Fellowship, we have thousands of personal testimonies to miraculous healings.
And it is in Third World countries where the saints do not have access to hospitals and doctors as readily as we do in First World that the greatest miracles occur in abundance.
I have seen a video of a blind woman who came up out of the waters of baptism and was healed from her blindness. She was gaping and astonished looking around her at all the activity and people
at the Pentecostal rally she had been brought to. (Papua New Guinea filmed by David and Julie who were attending).
Many of our church members have had significant healings from major ailments like cancer.
Also both in the PNG and in the Tanzania fellowships we have testimonies of children who have died being brought back to life again by the prayers (in tongues) of the saints.

James 5:13 Is any among you suffering? let him pray. Is any cheerful? let him sing praise.
5:14 Is any among you sick? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, having anointed him with oil in the name of the Lord:
5:15 and the prayer of faith shall save the weary one, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, it shall be forgiven him.
5:16 Confess therefore your sins one to another, and pray one for another, that ye be healed. The supplication of a righteous man availeth much in its working.

This is a picture of the blind from birth lady in Papua New Guinea who was healed instantly by God
This is typical in poor third world countries where truly the deaf do hear, the lame do walk, the demon possessed are set free ...

I don't have a problem with healings at all. It's people being raised from the dead that I question.
Well fortunately for Pentecostal saints we do believe. And we do have testimonies to the dead being raised up again.

Acts 9:36 Now a certain disciple was at Joppa, Tabeitha by name, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: SHE was full of good works and alms which she did.
9:37 And it came to pass in those days, that she sickened, and died: and they washed and laid her in an upper chamber.
9:38 And as Lydda was nigh unto Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men unto him, entreating, Delay not to come on unto us.
9:39 And Peter arose and went with them. And when he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing how many coats and garments Dorcas made,
while she was with them.
9:40 But Peter put all out, and knelt and prayed; and turning to the body said, Tabeitha, arise. And SHE opened her eyes; and seeing Peter sat up.
9:41 And he gave her his hand, and raised her up; and calling the saints and widows, presented her alive.
9:42 And it became known throughout all Joppa: and many believed on the Lord.

RAISED FROM THE DEAD AFTER DROWNING - yet another documented miracle from our archives

Healed-drowned.png

The name of this child is Jordan Fumbelo. - Zambia, Africa - 2015
At the age of one year and seven months Jordan was with his brothers and sisters walking along a flooded stream, and while they were playing Jordan disappeared.
His siblings looked for him but it was not until some 90 minutes had passed that they found Jordan drowned in deep water.
Joel the eldest brother dived into the water to retrieve the body of his dead brother, and the children carried his body back home.
His mother, Miniva, prayed and challenged God by His promise of healing the sick and raising the dead in the name of Jesus. After an hour of praying in tongues Jordan came back to life.
In the above photo Jordan is two and a half years of age and he is standing in front of the place where he drowned during the flood.

Romans 15:17 I have therefore the glorying in Christ Jesus in the things pertaining unto God.
15:18 For I dare not speak aught save the things which Christ wrought through me, for obedience of the nations, by word or deed,
15:19 in power of signs and wonders, in power of the Holy Spirit; so that from Jerusalem, and round about even unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of the Christ;

Now i am not doubting, but i just what to hear about a "Miraculous Healing",

Examples that is define as a Biblical Miracle is something that is impossible: a blind person completely blind, since birth and by the results, things are missing in their physical ability's it is impossible to see. Or a person that have been dead for 2 or 3 days then rose from the dead..
Dont get me wrong i know GOd heals us all the time. But I am referring to Faith Healers. Laying on their hands. for i know GOD heals, i have been healed. And not by a faith healer. I am not saying there are none,
I was asthmatic all of my life, nearly dying from it several time. I had an attack when I was 25 and the people of our church prayed for me...I confessed that healing and told Satan to take it back every time I had any symptoms of it... Then about a week after they prayed over me, at some horrific hour of the morning, I had another attack.... I was sure, in my head, that I was not going to make it that time...I had never never had an attack so bad....My new wife and I kept rebuking it anyway....and all of a sudden.....I could breathe....My chest was relaxed, no congestion, no stress. It was gone and I was totally healed...I never had asthma ever again. The Word says He is the God who heals ALL of our diseases? Ps 103 And its true. According to the Word then....If Jesus paid for our healing, a Chrisian has no valid reason for being sick.

A pastor I knew had some kind of growth in the joint of his knee, undert the kneecap...He needed surgery to get it taken out, off the bone....He asked me to lay hands on him because he said I have the gift of healing....I did, and he went to his doctor who obliged him by doing another xray on his knee....The growth was gone. Just that fast...1 Peter 2:24

One cannot be healed until he BELIEVES God on that subject.....You have the faith but you want to KNOW that you KNOW that God is your healer. And belief is a CHOICE

You've commented several times about "Pentecostal' saints. As if there are no other kinds of 'saints' which are born again believers. In one of your posts you commented about the little girl who was under water for 90 minutes and was presumed dead. That long without oxygen -- she would probably have been brain damaged. Then you commented that after an hour of praying in tongues she came around. Her mother had challenged God about healing and raising from the dead. Now That I can actually see happening. God was working. It wasn't some man doing it. God was working a miracle. I, personally feel that the praying in tongues wasn't really part of the process.

There Are those who believe that tongues has to take place in order for salvation to be 'complete'. But we know otherwise -- because there's nothing in the New Testament including tongues In salvation. Tongues CAN be a spiritual gift given to some people. as well as the interpretation Of the tongue. And there Are churches that have classes in learning how To speak in tongues. And That is not Biblical. It's either of the Holy Spirit or it isn't. Sometimes what Does happen is that the person gets very emotionally 'high' and starts 'gabbering' -- and That is emotionalism.

Granted -- that Did happen on a couple of instances , but it wasn't a common thing.

And in That situation Peter prayed, yes, but no mention of him praying in tongues.

Many teach that tongues is THE sign of baptism of the Holy Spirit, it is a sign.....THE sign of the baptism is the POWER of God flowing, not tongues

Luke 1:35

And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Acts 10:38

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Romans 15:13

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

1 Thessalonians 1:5

For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

I am working on that. LOL!!!! But my prayers have definitely been changing. When I am sick, I am actually thinking about what I am praying about. And speak healing scriptures.

And Just awesome testimony also @Downunder . I love to hear what God has done. People surely are raised from the dead today in Jesus' name. Resurrection power is only something God can do. :)

I would say you see more miracles in Pentecostal churches just because most other churches are cessationist, meaning that signs gifts have ended today. When there is not much faith/belief in the area, God just doesn't move. People can hinder God from working. When I heard my pastor say that, I had to think about that, and look up scripture, because I was thinking, "God is all powerful, nothing can hinder God." But we do. We do, because He has to use someone else when we do not believe. Laying on of hands is something every believer is told to do (Hebrews 6:1-2).

I remember listening to David Hogan's testimony and when he first tried to raise a child from the dead, he tried tongues, prayer, everything. He said that he finally asked God something like, "please make up for where I cannot," and the boy's heart started beating again. It is all God. It isn't tongues that brings people to life. He does work through people though. We are His hands and feet.

Now I believe in tongues in both ways. But you don't need them for salvation nor miracles. It helps in prayer.

You just have to ask yourself, what do you believe God CAN do. Not what He MIGHT do. Or what He on occasion does. But what CAN God do? He is miracle-worker God. And this is what I want to hear about when David Hogan comes.

LOL My testimony helped me too....Things have happened in my life...I have a really hard time trusting, a really hard time seeing the promises are for me too....I need healed badly now with the dementia and all.....Learn how to walk in health now....because it's so hard to build your house in the middle of a hurricane....Or rebuild it.

Well I will agree with you that Jehovah Rapha heals your dementia in Jesus Name! I am so sorry for your rough time, and pray for you not to lose hope/faith... My mom had dementia for many years... I didn't believe like I do now, but she did still live okay with it.

Yeah...Depending which kind of dementia, one can live with it for years....Mine affects short term memory and cognition....What's hard though is when people equate dementia with demented....Not at all the same thing.

Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was being fulfilled, all were together in the one place.
2:2 And suddenly a sound came from heaven as of a mighty wind rushing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
2:3 And tongues as if of fire being distributed appeared to them; and it sat upon each of them.
2:4 And all were filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 3:1 Now Peter and John were going up into the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth.
3:2 And a certain man that was lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the door of the temple called Beautiful to ask an alms of them that entered into the temple;
3:3 who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked to receive an alms.
3:4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him, with John, said, Look on us.
3:5 And he gave heed to them, expecting to receive something from them.
3:6 But Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but what I have, that give I thee. In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazorean, walk.
3:7 And he took him by the right hand, and raised him up: and immediately his feet and ankle-bones received strength.
3:8 And leaping up, he stood, and began to walk; and he entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
3:9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
3:10 and they took knowledge of him, that it was he that sat for alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
