Oh dear, poor you. Thankfully my mental health is OK, so I have no personal experience of what you're going through. However you have my prayers and I pray that through the battle that's going on in your head, you'll make good use of the four resources that He's given you to get you through and into His light. In alphabetical order, Bible, church, Holy Spirit and prayer. What an amazing, lovely God we serve who just wants to pull each of us through all our 'issues' so that eventually we can concentrate solely upon worship and adoration of Him.
