Nice to meet you all. My name is Keith Baird and I am a nonbeliever. I heard about talkjesus on a tv ad I think it was and thought it might be fun to hear the testimonies of more faithful people and maybe learn something from them. Hopefully I'll be able to teach you all something in return.

Hello Keith! Welcome to the forum. Perhaps I understand where you are coming from, but if your purpose here is to have "fun", it might be better for you to seek your fun elsewhere. This, of course, is only my opinion.

If, however, you are really open to learn as well as to teach, any discussions may be fruitful for all of us.

Hello Keith. I believe I've welcomed you aboard on another thread you were involved with. :thumbs_up
One can't have enough welcomes.

I have to kind of agree with amadeus2.

This being a Christian site and you being an agnostic, it can kind of clash. All believers here have come from the world, so anything new in regards to it would probably not be surprising, outside of some eschatology inquiry you might introduce. Introduction such as "religulous" would probably elicit more strife than growth in the community. Entertainment at the expense of others, for me anyway, doesn't reflect the best of either side. Couple that with irreverence and no one is having "fun" anymore. At least I would hope not.

Yet, I do hope you have "fun" here at TJ and find your way to being saved through Christ Jesus, otherwise, the "fun" you think you're experiencing will be short lived as you move on to other worldly endeavors.

With all that being said. Welcome and let the fun/teaching begin!
