Well bobinfaith i'm not in leadership but I have had and have great youth leadership in my church. I have also been through alot myself and I have learned through experience. Also my parents are very wise and I have learned alot from them. I also just like helping people and if I don't know the answer then I will find it out either by looking it up or asking someone.
