Oregon wildfires: Half a million people flee dozens of infernos

At least one of the deadly infernos in the western US state is being treated as possible arson.

Actually 40,000 have been evacuated. The half a million that the bbc reports is the people inside the zone that they want evacuated, but are not as of yet, and its typical that many will stay despite evacuation orders.

I have found that bbc news is not always dependable in its reporting. I have noticed it first hand before.
