Is it a problem if one doesn't speak in tongues

The Bible says we must baptised with the Holy Spirit and speak in other tongues. Why is that other people don't speak in tongues and will it be a problem for a Pastor who can't speak in tongues.
Or is every Christian going to speak in tongues

Every Christian has the Holy Spirit - the spirit of Christ - dwelling in them.

That's not the same as speaking in tongues. I can't recall any passage in the Bible saying everybody must speak in tongues.

If you are referring to what is commonly called 'speaking in tongues',
With God? No
With Men? can be

Stay close to God, He has the answers because He wrote the Book
