Have you ever had to read a book at 4-5 feet? Well I'm sure it's quite comical.

I am on Hosea and into Joel. Straddling those two at the moment. Glancing back over what has been already read in Hosea, this one verse catches my eye this morning:-

'But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah,
and will save them by the LORD their God,
and will not save them by bow, nor by sword,
nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen.'
(Hos 1:7)

* God is not limited to the weaponry of war, is He? Or to vehicles of transportation and annihilation. He does not fight as man fights. He saves those under His care, by the LORD their God.

Hosea 13:4 says:- 'Thou shalt know god but Me; for there is no SAVIOUR beside Me.'
Hosea 13:10 says:- 'I will be thy King: where is any other that may SAVE thee in all thy cities?
Hosea 14:3 says:- 'Asshur shall not SAVE US' we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more

to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods: for in Thee the fatherless findeth mercy'.​

As all but Revelation has happened and God doesn't lie, hide, or keep info from us then anyone claiming to have "special knowledge" or "talks to God on a regular basis" is lying.
Not all who call themselves "pastor/priest" or stands in front of a church group was called to do it.
Same as if someone claims they are a prophet.

Oh yes, no matter how many times I have read my whole Bible through out 1977-2022 the Book of Leviticus is like walking in "Molasses" on a COLD Sunday Morning in Autumn when The leaves have turned brown in Michigan. But Oh, it is liken to your flesh is saying "no No no" and Your "NEW Created Spirit" that GOD gave you, has "Snow shoes" on. And your New Man, gains Power, with each step, and you can feel the Muscle "Pumping Growth". So do not, get Discourage here your flesh is resisting it and you are "FORCING SOMETHING Out of, Your being" So do not skip anything there, PLOW THROUGH IT. And you will see when you go "through" and get to the other side, Of "Mt. Leviticus" {and when you get there and get discourage, come back and read this note, it will give you some more encouragement to press on.} [Tell GOD to remind you now, in your prayers to remind you, if you get discourage there. Give you a reminder how is going to be. for many have fallen off of that "mountain". and never return. I have pass that way. so many times i cannot count, they are lying along all scattered across that path.]

Believe me, I have a powerful enemy coming up against me too! EVERY time, more powerful than before. But the rewards are evermore, far Succeeds than a "mortal's mind" could ever imagine. Even the Moral's mind cannot come this near, even, "The Skirts of His garment."

I disagree on your 2nd statement.
We have to be here and we can't remove ourselves from the world.
Jesus taught us the middle ground. We must learn it. While all the Bible is "relevant and good" that doesn't negate to the applications of the people and world that do fit with God.
God and the Bible does not and could not have addressed every single issue and sin at the time and up to completion.

The crew of the ship upon which Jonah took flight from the presence of the Lord, feared God. They were no longer in the darkness of ignorance, their eyes were opened to the presence and power of The God Who created them: Who had power over the waves of the sea. Fear introduced them to The God Who made the heavens and the earth, and their lives could never be the same.

Oh, how that Godly fear is needed today!

The God I know, tells your lungs to move, he tells the air, every moment to enter your Nostrils and every beat of your heart to move and tells the blood to run through it and how fast. But I know you think, it is normal, and "Voluntary". And you do not even know, who The Angels of GOD watch over every moment. You have no idea, only, what is common to man. It is HIM, you need to fear and not me. "big Time" because i won't hurt a flea. Now you have been warn. So True, GODly FEAR, does wonders to "BELIEFS" , I remember a long time it seems ago, I did something, by Compromise. And i told GOD, if I feared you like I use to, I would have never Compromise. Lord put "The FEAR Back in ME" like it once was. and when it came back, I thank Him! How much Love did I feel. His fear gave me peace at night, His fear let me not be afraid of the Arrows that fly by Day and and the Pestilence that walketh in darkness and no fear of destruction that lies at noonday. His fear help me to embrace "Covid -19" while i even lay on the hospital Lobby floor, and don't remember riding in a Emergency vehicle going there. My grand son said "grand daddy" we found you on the floor, we called the Emergency vehicle, they sit you up and put a Oxygen nose piece on your nose, and you start leaning over and they kept calling your name and they said please stay with us, and you just laid over.
and with in 12 hours i was back home. no Oxygen needed. they Said I had "Covid -19" just as it always been all my life a "jewish nurse" told me i am personally going to take care you, it is something about you, I called your daughter to let her know i will be taking care of you! And not even knowing me she start talking about GOD! "the Story of My entire life" me and my Brother my mother neighbor who is was "Jewish" put our names on the WALL in JERUSALEM" and we did not even know it, until they told my mother our names where there.


The "Jewish" people have always been apart of My life. and Always have come to my Aid in Strange places.

A have The GODLY FEAR of GOD running through my blood , my Soul, My heart, my being, and poured upon my head and running over me and so, how "Holy it is. Thank you JESUS. and sometimes oh how I tremble about the goodness he has done for me. he chose me and i never chose him, he called my name and I heard him. I heard him and saw His face and the tears running running down from his eyes and blood coming off his face and head and the saddness in his eyes. And he spoke to me. and Told me. and i replied; Lord not me not for me LORD. please don't die for me! And the tears kept coming out of my eyes in full public. and no where near a church or preacher or pastor. and that was in the early parts of the year in 1977, just before easter. And The Flame The Fire has not gone out. But christians and Churches have tried to put it OUT! the more they Try the Bigger The FLAME FIRES UP! God has the Oil, not Them But by them He Fans The Flame. By them, he Provides the wind and kindles The flame. How amazing that is, in so many ways we need each other. the flame and those who kindles the Flame, in One body in One LORD. One faith. Oh how I love my True Brothers and Sisters in CHRIST! A Love That only GOD can Put in Us and we cannot love this kind of Love of Our own! This Kind of LOVE is A Gift a Gift from GOD Who is Our FATHER! and not theirs, the people of this WORLD are Not HIS!
