The world will always follow the ways of evil and sow things that only lead more to sin, they are bound to sin and no nothing but sin so without Christ all they will follow will lead to sin without they have no hope of anything else.

Sometimes we might think we see this, too :
8 Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same. Job 4:8

but that certainly cannot be a rule of observation.
It appears here that Eliphaz might be suggesting that Job was reaping what he sowed but I am not convinced as yet that this is the case.
