Liars Are Born That Way

(There's some question as to whether there's a difference between Heaven and the
kingdom of God.)

There have been a number of threads about this from time to time.
My two cents...
I can be a citizen of the United States, even if I'm living in another country.
(I was in the military and stationed in Japan for a while)
Now it's possible I could renounce my citizenship and pledge allegiance to another country.
But unless I do that, I am still a citizen of the country I was born in.

Php 3:20; For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;

Our citizenship is in heaven, but that doesn't mean we are literally in heaven yet.

(There's some question as to whether there's a difference between Heaven and the
kingdom of God.)

From taking the whole Word of God on the subject, heaven appears to be addressed as the spiritual realm where God dwells (unless it is another realm outside of this one, which is also outside of that which God originates from, that He has created specifically for us), while the kingdom of God is addressed as a spiritual kingdom encompassing the souls of the redeemed, where Jesus/God rules over. When we take all of the evidence together, there is a clear delineation between the two terms.

Christianity is sometimes criticized as a license to steal because when people come
to faith in Christ, the file that God was accumulating against them gets demolished
and from thence He does not begin compiling a new file.

2Cor 5:19 . . God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting
their trespasses against them

The Greek word translated "counting" is logizomai (log-id'-zom-ahee) which means
to take an inventory; i.e. an indictment.

2Cor 5:19 is quite an advantage because when there are no books on people, then
there is nothing on record with which to accuse them, i.e. it's as though they've
never been anything but 100% innocent, viz: blameless.

This may seem like cooking the books, but God has a way to do it on the up and up
without obstructing justice.
