Misrepresenting God to the lost - Do not make this mistake!

I am fine with serving my creator. Its his universe. He can do what he pleases with it.

He can and scripture tells us that He decides to do what is good as He is a good God.

1. Imagine being that person standing before Him on judgement day who is guilty of misrepresenting Him to the lost.
2. Imagine standing before Him, a good God, stating that you were 'ok' with Him if He was 'clearly evil'.

It seem yourself and many others are not dealing with this. It is not acceptable. Now, more then ever, we need to properly represent Him.

Torture is always evil @B-A-C

Isa 53:2; For He grew up before Him like a tender shoot, And like a root out of parched ground; He has no stately form or majesty That we should look upon Him, Nor appearance that we should be attracted to Him.
Isa 53:3; He was despised and forsaken of men, A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; And like one from whom men hide their face He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
Isa 53:4; Surely our griefs He Himself bore, And our sorrows He carried; Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted.
Isa 53:5; But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed.
Isa 53:6; All of us like sheep have gone astray, Each of us has turned to his own way; But the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all To fall on Him.
Isa 53:7; He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth.
Isa 53:8; By oppression and judgment He was taken away; And as for His generation, who considered That He was cut off out of the land of the living For the transgression of my people, to whom the stroke was due?
Isa 53:9; His grave was assigned with wicked men, Yet He was with a rich man in His death, Because He had done no violence, Nor was there any deceit in His mouth.
Isa 53:10; But the LORD was pleased To crush Him, putting Him to grief; If He would render Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, And the good pleasure of the LORD will prosper in His hand.
Isa 53:11; As a result of the anguish of His soul, He will see it and be satisfied; By His knowledge the Righteous One, My Servant, will justify the many, As He will bear their iniquities.
Isa 53:12; Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great, And He will divide the booty with the strong; Because He poured out Himself to death, And was numbered with the transgressors; Yet He Himself bore the sin of many, And interceded for the transgressors.

It says here that Jesus, was "Smitten by God". It says "the LORD was pleased To crush Him". It also says... "as a result of the anguish".... ( God ) will see it and be satisfied.
Smitten and crushed by God, Then God is satisfied.

Is God evil?

Rev 14:9; Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand,
Rev 14:10; he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.
Rev 14:11; "And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name."

Those who take the mark of the beast, will face "the wrath of God" ( in full strength ) and "His anger", and these people "will be tormented" ( with fire )... in the presence of the angels and Jesus. Jesus Himself will be watching this happen
right before His eyes. They will be tormented "forever and ever".. no rest day or night.

Is God evil?

1Cor 5:5; I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Is God evil?

So we have a choice. We can say God is evil, or we can say torture ( torment ) isn't always evil.

Matt 25:41; "Then He will also say to those on His left, 'Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;
Matt 25:46; "These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."

"He" will also say ( who is "He" here )?

Depends on a persons perception of God i reckon. The lost blame God for sickness. Lost of loved ones. Anything bad that happens in theit life they blame God. That said....i believe God will do whatever is necessary to cause a person to call out to him and repent. I am proof of that. It was cancer that made me see the light. Did God cause it? I dont kniw. But i know he allowed it. And i thank him everyday for cancer. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. God is evil in some minds. Good in others.

God wanted Jesus to not get preferential treatment. That humans chose to beat Him and hang him on the cross for four hours was our doing. God would not choose a cross as a punishment. We know this as He has never done this. Every single instance of scripture talking to God 'destroying' the wicked shows that God chose a swift death for them. So please stop accusing God of something He is not guilty of.....Imagine I did that to you.....

Tormented ''IN THE PRESENCE of holy angels''. Not sure how many times I have to correct you on this verse and what should be painfully obvious. Angels are not holy if they allow brazen bull type torture. God has nothing to hide from them, as He too will not do that. His full strength, does not equate to ...brazen bull!! Once more putting 'words' in God's mouth and misrepresenting Him.

Is God evil?

1Cor 5:5; I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Is God evil?

No. Eternal hell is worse as I explained in post #5.

So we have a choice. We can say God is evil, or we can say torture ( torment ) isn't always evil.

God not being evil is a fact as highlighted in the OP / by prophets that knew Him.

As explained here, torture has levels Discussion on Torture.

@B-A-C Once more, no offence, you post like an AI bot. It is as though you just search for prior postings and repost them here. You have not dealt with any post of mine to you in this thread.

Depends on a persons perception of God i reckon.

?????? What kind of line is this???? It actually doesn't. A Christian should know God is good. If they don't, they are not a real Christian. No prophet would say, it depends prophet to prophet...

Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

The lost blame God for sickness.

Correct. It is our job to explain free will and the fact that life on earth is but for a season.

Lost of loved ones. Anything bad that happens in theit life they blame God. That said....i believe God will do whatever is necessary to cause a person to call out to him and repent.

Incorrect. God has restrictions in respect of laws pertaining to free will and impartiality.

I am proof of that. It was cancer that made me see the light. Did God cause it? I dont kniw. But i know he allowed it. And i thank him everyday for cancer. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. God is evil in some minds. Good in others.

The default belief the unsaved have of God is that He is a mix of good and evil. A Christian should '''know''' that God is only good and as an ambassador of God help the lost understand this by explaining things such as free will, quick deaths with the flood and Sodom, plagues as last attempt to get people to repent.

Sorry to hear you had cancer. Cancer is terrible indeed!! Something like this can happen to Christians and non-Christians. It is tied at the hip to Adam and Eves initial sin. But, correct God did make it. As such a Christian has to be able to explain free will. God has created an environment, using the devil and eating forbidden fruit sin, where there is a balance of good and evil to allow for true free to flourish. We go through periods of suffering and pleasure. But earth is only for a season. Eternity is a separate matter. As to is 'punishment'. A wicked person no longer needs a balance of good and evil to choose evil. Whatever happens to those removed to hell is a 'punishment'. A repercussion of their choice. If any judge and jury pass a sentence ordaining any type of 'torture' as explained here Discussion on Torture, they will be judged by all as PURE and UTTER evil. FACT. This fact that is painfully obvious to every person on the planet with more then a peanut between their ears needs to be clear to us to. A Christian has one job. Lets not fail at our one job.
