Because a narcissist, and those who have narcisstic traits-there is a gliding scale- from a few traits to mid range to full blown disorder, and often they overlap with other disorders, and it does not matter a lot (unless seeking help,which they rarely do) to be fully diagnosed as their victims suffer the same and the behaviour is the same. you can not reason with them and they do live in a fantasy, that they then created for you both and the moment you do not live up to it the abuse occur. They can not change, their minds are too damaged and they believe they do not do anything wrong. The only thing is they learn manipulation better if they ever,rarely come to therapy. There are different types. Many are covert and seem so vulnerable and nice. Until you are alone. What causes it? 50% is genetic, and 50% environment. I have seen the genetic aspect with my own brothers kids, included environment but the genetic aspect was there.

I have come to the realization that Titles they are there for one thing and it's to keep division and so many are caught in that web of devision they to busy pointing fingers at one group or another..

I agree, it's easy to believe in God, because the evidence for deliberate design and creation is everywhere. What is hard to believe is atheism, which has no basis in logic, reason, science or evidence.

I use to say to the atheists that that is also a belief, they don`t know what to say then. It is not good enough in my book to say you are an atheist without checking all evidence first. It is so obvious, you can see God in everything, and life did not just come by accident.

My health is fckd, from all the abuse I have been through as well genetics. I try to fix it, and improve things. It`s the major reason I don`t have kids. I simply barely have energy to myself, and many days not, but drag myself. I am fortunate I have good days too so I can work. But too many times it has gone out over that too. And people don`t understand chronic illnesses. So they judge and blame. I do what I can do. slowly, in order not to get worse.
I have also run in to a lot of men, even christian men that either were superficial or only thought of one thing. I have only met two that were not, but that did not work out anyway, because of the ideas they had of a woman`s physical ideal. One wanted rail thin women where the bones protruded, he was addicted to watching catalogues. He was by that time 40 years old, before he saw me not being the ideal we got along well, he was living a holy life except for that ,but no. He chose a mail order bride from Russia and she looked the part, ended up taking all his money and divorce him. So much for addiction and superficiality. The other one had mental health issues, depression, but as it is my field I am more accommodating and understanding and can help. He was a good guy other than that except for he had a scewed relationship to sex outside marriage and got me on that wagon a short time. I caught him in talking to another woman on the phone while on his way to meet me, as we lived close by. I made sure she got to know and consequently that ended, it was not revenge from my side but saving another woman and knowing what she went in to. Not for any benefit for my part as I already was not with him. His parents did not understood mental health and he really did not get help. He had done the same thing to loads of women the church told me yet they did not intervene!!!! Consequently more women got hurt. Over and over. That is simply not acceptable.

Then there`s been those who lived like the world, pretending to be christians that you only discovered too late where they tried to bed you or go straight to the borderline. I can count on one hand those who are living holy lives with THAT.
The exorcists say that 90% is addicted to corn. And how it ruins marriages.
It wouldn`t surprise me if that are "those" men..
Then I met the friend I so far have a over 20 year history with and when I was away in the new age and he has mental health and physical health issues and plenty of abusive and confusing behaviour as well, it is hard what comes from being abusive and actually his mental health state because of his bad childhood, but I would say a fair share. He can`t obviously commit even though he made a verbal commitment. And my time for having kids is now passed, and I still have my health, so if that would be that would be adoption, which I always thought of anyway as a better way in many aspects. I don`t make a difference on kids and who I can or cannot love, they are all lovable and deserve the best. But that is pending health as it is now managing day and get up is enough. People don`t understand that either. Just because it is not visible. But see I take responsibility, instead of just popping out. Or do it outside marriage.
Tempting though regarding those who needs a parent desperately. we`ll see. I sure have the capabilites and knowledge.
There is no difference in kids, they all deserve love and be taken care of and abuse should never happen.
Yes there are many wicked christians that is one reason I don`t go to church yet even though I want to and ponder which one, because I have been treated horribly and have anxiety about visiting, and flashbacks. What happened? being ignored and frozen out just to begin with. And judged. Gossipped about and understand it way back after. As a consequence being frozen out. Only a few was not that way. I cherish those who are not. but it did not help a background of always experiencing bullying and abuse. It triggers it. brings it up. A wound that is healed but constantly being ripped up.
Probably because I`m not married, (never mind my story, right) not have kids, I do live in a house but back then I did not, etc etc. you know the drill. Thinking deeper, more quirky free spirit that is enough to be treated like that unfortunately.
I can only speculate what drives those behaviours but it is obviously immaturity. I used to say to them not even the world behaves like this and they were looking at me didn`t know what to say but it was true and that was big part why I was driven away. I do not think left and right divisions does any better for it. I also believe that being too fundamentalist is damaging mentally. when I say that I think of the negative side effects for the mind, which is. Not the obeying God and his laws. nothing to do with it. I just say things can get too far.

You know what I say. If its not love, out with it. That goes in every way. And thought. If we could follow that, much would be won. And to always think, what would Jesus be like in this situation. He would never be unloving. Even to the pharisees he spoke the truth, but he did it without being nasty. I think many people including christians have taken after the world too much. No I don`t exclude myself no. we all have ours. I am known for being fair. I also think if we are able to apply the teachings we must have an understanding of how it was back then, and then apply it from a modern view. To be able to do that without compromise we must understand the past, how it was then.

We have a dating problem in our modern times when we are christians. Back then, they were promised away and got married when they were kids in our eyes. Mary might only have been fifteen or sixteen. There was no dating, and thus no fornication unless more planned for. not like it is now I mean. So they did not have people being over twenty, thirty without marriage and kids. And the whole culture even now is very you get married at eighteen and that is how it is. Not doing so is unacceptable. If you go over twenty you are an outcast and they arrange it for you. Then back then it must have been even more strict. Which leaves us with a problem today this is why I believe the bible doesn`t talk about things like m.... bation. (sorry) but it is a problem in the church. I won my battle, but many cannot. And many cannot find a partner/wife nowadays and back then they had check on who is who and thus less incidents. Now you don`t know who people are. you see my point? Thus created a whole culture where fornication no marriages and less kids. Or kids that suffer. This is just one example how the culture is different now. And the few wants to marry and have kids after being teenagers today. And it is not financially a good one either. You have to be able to support your family. So we have a problem. This is one example of understanding the time of the bible and this time and Gods wants and laws and being able to apply. what do we do. what can we do.

And then there is another problem, the ratio men and women in the churches are big, there are 70% women more than men a study showed. There are women that are very bitter towards the church of this issue. So many are left with no choice date outside in the world or forever be single.

And then if you look at the problems with behaviour and many behaving worse than outside, we have a problem,as a church. I don`t think it can be ignored. But then you have the pastors saying noone would come. but they are going to hell anyway if they live like hell. should we not warn them instead?

There has to be that if someone does not show love towards their fellow christians and do things contrary to the bible we should follow the biblical what Paul says you talk to them, then you talk to more and then the church and if that does not help, you have to rescue that soul by ..well you know it. I agree there are many "christians" in name only. I've personally known atheists who do more for peace and the poor than many self-named "christians" do. Suffice it to say, a follower of Jesus promotes peace and love and helps the poor and otherwise oppressed; Christians who fail to do so are following the devil.

Many atheists fail to consider just how non-scientific and foolish atheism is, which is why I ridicule atheism as in my post. However, I understand why hypocritical Christians turn people towards atheism, as I was once an atheist myself, in large part because of conservative Christianity.

What I am trying to say is, there is a difference between normal selfish sin with true narcissistic personality disorder. Regular church habits and saying sorry does NOT fix it
A narcissist as mentioned uses fake apologies, and fake religious words. this tricks hopeful believers into thinking real change is happening. Only to find out when they have been further abused, or worse, it was not.
well meaning christians sometimes push for reconciliation too fast. they forget that safety and clear boundaries also are important.
There are 3 different types of narcissists according to christian counsellor Kris Reese.
Ignorant, arrogant and malignant
The ignorant narcissist is typically unaware of their destructive behaviours. They are likely emotionally immature and have not been taught properly.
This doesn`t excuse their behaviour but there is some hope here, with a big IF attached. Think of these ignorant narcissists as children.

Arrogance is another level up. The narcissist recognises their wrongdoing, yet continues to make decisions that only work in their favour.
Arrogance isn`t limited to the overt narcissist. Arrogant simply describes the lack of care that a that a person has regarding their actions.
This narcissist likely knows exactly what they`re doing and doesn`t care unless it impacts them.
The malignant narcissist is the most troublesome of all. The narcissist is solidified in their beliefs that life is all about them and they will trample anyone in their way and they don`t care who it impacts. These people are highly abusive and derive pleasure from hurting others.
They will stop at nothing to lie and manipulate to get what they want.
While many people in narcisstic relationships jumps to the assumption that their narcissist is malignant, please understand that this is a very, very small percentage of the narcs out there.
Lets look at how likely your narc is to change

There is hope IF
their life is impacted in a negative way
there`s a risk that they`ll loose something that`s important to them, for ex your love, time, affection, money,companionship etc
they are ignorant or arrogant narcs

Remember narcs are very self centered individuals. They only care about what is in it for them.
This is where your boundaries can prove helpful
They will often fall in line, albeit reluctantly, if there is a great risk of loss for them
Just keep in mind that any behavioural changes may just be temporary. If they find someone or something else to meet that need, they will likely ditch you in a heartbeat.
The longer and the more grounded they are in their ways, the less likely they are to see the error of them.
Just keep in mind if YOU are using or relying upon this narc for unmet needs this will all backfire.
Does that mean that only low level narcs have a hope of changing? of course not. Despite popular psychology , I believe all things are possible with God. God can redeem anyone at any time, and that includes the narc- the ignorant, the malignant and the arrogant.
But here`s what I don`t want you to get hung up on- hope for the sake of hope.
what do I mean?
Yes, put your hope in God, but that does NOT mean that you tolerate toxic behaviour, all in the name of hope. That would be an acceptance and enablement of evil on your part.
Think of narcssism as you would any other sin, if someone in your life is sinning against you and unrepentant, do not slap a hope label on it and say you believe they can change.
In Matthew 7:15 Jesus tells us that we will know them by their fruit. Yes the scripture was referring to identifying false prophets, but I believe it also pertains to people in general.
We can easily be fooled by somebody`s words, but their actions will show us who they are.
A tree struggling to bear fruit, may need some pruning and extra TLC. But a tree refusing to bear fruit needs to be treated as such.

So what are you dealing with?
Is this someone who is struggling? who see the error of their ways and wants to change? this will likely be a very bumpy road ,but there is hope there.
Is this someone who is dealing with a lower level of npd and willing to see where they`re going wrong, even if its just a little at a time? then there`s hope there.

Narcissits don`t outgrow narcissism. they grow into it. their traits get worse without Gods intervention and serious boundaries. And they are masters in making you believe what they say despite what they do.

When we read about the King and his judgement, those who were told to depart were those who said, i cast out demons in your name, i healed people in your name. But those who the King said, come with me, they didn't understand. But the king said , you fed the hungry, clothed the naked, etc.

You don`t see that over here what I know in Uk, and especially not in Scandinavia. NEVER. Unheard of. I have not lived in Scandi for like thirty years, but at least until 1997! We were not raised that way but raised to be able to take care of kids and work or education. It is unheard of for majority to do other and it is common to not have kids if at all until after 30 or 35, and to have a job and education FIRST. AND a stable relationship this is the general attitude even if they don`t get married as much as english countries they stay together. Fathers get as much paternity leave and pay as mothers. And they help with the chores, cooking and cleaning AND child minding. Not raising a question about it, it is seen as NORMAL. As it is normal to be living together as "together living"-sambo. It is classed on the same line as marriage with the same rights. I guess you can say a commonwealth marriage. That is how I was raised, and we were also raised you do not dress off like we see now and you only show one thing and in moderation same with makeup. Personally I don`t even like to dress off I consider it private.
I might have leggins but I never walk around in jogging clothes in public. I have even seen people walk around in morning coat and slippers here.
We do not have the hype of getting married or having kids half the population in scandi never get married or have kids it is seen as normal and individual choice. Being single is accepted as normal. It is not talked about much either. Consequently it is normal to me. I feel icky about the push for it in english countries. Feels forced and wrong. And the constant talk about it. why not just leave people be. While as a christian I think marriage and kids alright but just don`t force it.
Neither in talk like glorifying. It is not necessary.
We encourage individuality and independence from an early age. It is normal to us.
Our society also have a good security safety net, so the hype is not needed for us.
Consequently we don`t focus on the family as much for safety as english countries. This is normal to us.
that is not a way to get church members. they`ll be responsible for them not hearing or hearing the gospel accepting it but accepting it half heartedly or living in sin. They get a harsh judgement. The lack of accountability is shocking. And for the consequences. It should not be allowed to dress like that even in a church. Like, if they dress off. Or way too tight.
Yeah, I have noticed that about a lot of communites(without naming names) how it is like and the pressure of the culture at hand, they destroy it for all those people that do not like to live that way though. So sad, and also how they are ruining their lives. I have met many of different communities that are great people so the problem is in the culture and attitide.
Scandi is fortunate that way we don`t have gettos, our towns and villages are way too small and those things are unheard of. Same so it is little criminality. Only changed some now because of uncontrolled immigration that they were not prepared for and lax.
But of course we have seen and heard. It is lack of consequences and lax combined with a lax culture I would say. If everyone police everyone might be different. Like in the fifties, you did not see much of that did you. Then what have changed.
Especially as many communities have highly intelligent people and when doing well.
And this is exactly why the bible warns about it before marriage to make a stable foundation, and they think it is old fashioned and not apply anymore etc. It is even more valid than ever.

At previous work places I have had many from "other cultures" so to speak question me why I am not married or have kids never mind I have a relationship of 20 years, right. And a story.
They told me if I "just" get pregnant the child especially if a boy,would never leave me but come back. I just looked at them thinking you are one piece of work, tying a person to you that way and try to control. no thank you. I would my child to be free.
