My Son went to be with the lord

Porklion I am praying for you and your wife. This is forsure a very hard time for both of you. Nothing that I can say will take the pain away.

The only thing that pulled me through at the end of the day is knowing that one day I will meet my unborn child in heaven.

It is so hard right now for both of you. All I can do right now is that God will comfort you both in your pain and loss and that He will easen the emotions that you both feel.

I just received a poem and a verse via email from a site that I am subscribed. All I know is that I need to share it with you.


Before The First Teardrop Falls


Grief is a hardship we all must walk through
at some time or another one day.
Where sadness & sorrow wakes us up like cold water
and stiffles our words when we pray.
Where all of the activities and movements of life
that once brought meaning & joy to our hours,
Somehow fall flat on the floor of our pain
and no longer feel like their ours.
But these are the times when faith in God will carry us
though we do not feel strong anymore.
For the One who is powerful will sustain His children
when they feel powerless to open a door.
It's seasons of grief ...that somehow seem unending
when Jesus sows the seeds of pure hope.
And they are watered by the tears that flow like a faucet
on days when we struggle to cope.
It's the time of desperation, when we're numb from the pain
that teach us faith in God isn't based on our feelings.
For God is unwavering...unchanging...and solid
when all of our senses are reeling.
Though grief is a knock at the door of our hearts
that we'd rather not answer at all.
Jesus stands ready to help us, before we even ask
and He's there before the first teardrop falls.

I am thankful for all of the prayers and respones. The lord is holding me up thru this tough time. I am goin to church tomorrow my wife is not ready yet.

Jesus is Lord

The day my son passed (before we saw the doctor) I saw on old drinking buddy and was able to give him a Bible. He wasnt that reponsive. I saw him today and he said the bible was on his table. I was able to tell him that tru repentance and faith he can be saved and I gave him the good person test. I dont know how effective I was and I hope I planted some seeds. So if you get a chance pray for mike

Amen brother for planting a seed! GOD bless you for that. Continue praying and preaching to him without ceasing, as the Holy Spirit guides you. The great thing with GOD is that we can expect the unexpected sometimes. GOD is awesome!

Does anyone think we get words form god. It may be my grief or my concern for Kim. But when I went to church today. I dont remeber any of the sermon. And while I was asking myself what did I get from the sermon the word patience came to me. I dont want to cling to it to hard because I dont want to put words in his mouth. I dont even think the sermon was on that. But I do think it is a good word for this situation.
Be it patience for healing
patience for answers from the autopsy
patience for the chance for another baby if its in the lords will. Kim is 38

Brother, we do indeed get words from God, and they are precious. Cling to whatever He is telling you. Doesn't matter what the sermon was, God obviously wanted you to hear about patience. You are so right in that you are going to need patience in all those things you mention, and with Kim too in allowing her time to grieve. We all grieve differently. Keep listening to God brother, I am so glad you can hear from Him at this time.

I only read your post today. I am sorry for you and your wife's loss of baby. I will keep you in my prayers. And God bless you for witnessing to your friend, even while you are brokenhearted, you remain faithful. Praise the Lord for giving you the strength.
