Prayer for healing

I know this is quite minor compared to some prayer requests on here, but I twisted my ankle quite badly last night and I am supposed to do a triathlon on Saturday week (5th June). Please pray for rapid healing.

I am & will be praying for miraculously fast healing unless God knows you would be greatly injured in this race.

TIP: my family have found Absorbine Jr Ultra Strength Pain Relieving SPRAY (at drugstores or online) & Sports Cream (at Walmart) to be helpful to ankle & knee injuries/problems.

It is progressing well, much faster than I would expect. I will be able to walk the 5km run at least :D
 
I did it!!!

1:44, not a great time, but I am pleased with it and my ankle held up, praise God.

Thank you for your prayers...there was definitely some speeded-up healing going on :)
