I really do not understand your question sister. It seems too broad of a question and without much detail into what exactly your talking about. Please be a little more specific so we can give you accurate responses.

I mean, what are the problems encountered by the pastors or someone who were preaching or spreading the word of God?

A handful of things. From experience, they are

1. Disagreement of how Scripture is interpreted
2. Disagreement / refute from unbelievers
3. Spiritual attacks from the devil
4. Wavering faith during trials
