Benzo's are very hard on your central nervous system to go cold turkey. Start by dropping a certain percentage for 2 months, then drop again. Like if you take 2 pills per doze, drop to 1 and a half. Find an online support Benzo group, but remember the Lord is your primary healer.

You were very blessed of the Lord you got off when you did. There are people who are permanently disabled after only 3 or 4 doses. Also, these are not RARE side effects. The FDA has a loop hole that allows side effects to be classified in certain ways. Also, general doctors are not taught what to expect concerning just how serious these drugs are, and they are "pre programmed' by the drug companies to actually view side effects and withdrawal symptoms as proof of a secondary mental illness! A complete scam.

Go to the Lord and be healed.
I would not recommend psychoactive drugs to anyone. As someone who was prescribed them and took years to be free of them. Thankfully Jesus set me free.
If someone is dealing with mental illness they need to go to the Lord who gives us a spirit of power love and a sound mind.
People often turn to drugs before they go to God. It might seem easier and appear to be fix but the side effects are monstrous. Many people need inner healing but you do not take a pharmaceutical drug to heal. Pharmaceuticals are dangerous because the concentrated dosage of them is highly toxic and they chemically alter your nervous system.
Jesus never once healed with drugs..he just spoke the word or laid hands on and healing came. The only time he really used a substance was clay and spit to open a blind mans eyes. And anointing oil.
For some people its just to hard to have faith in God so you will often hear of christians just saying well take the medicine but the thing is anything could be in that medicine, the drug companies do not always warn of side effects, they test the drugs on animals and people, and it never heals the problem in the first place. Many drugs are just pain relievers. To some people they would rather go through life drugged than face up to the real issue. Drug companies make billions of profit out of people that have become chemically dependent on them.
