The Marriage of Christ iscoupled with the word consumation .Now We are told in Peter that scripture is not for personal interpretation. We are also told that the secrets of God are His Business in the old testament.Sorry peeps Im beat fighting with this computer I dont have the energy to list passages please help my arms hurt..THat is not to say there are not numerous interpretations that are true and fit multidimensionally. Will Christ Jesus return in his new name clothed in the garment of Yeshuah YHVH KIng of Kings Lord of Lords and take a Bride in the Physical sense.I suspect most would say no .I have a question to those who are opposed to such interpretation. What is wrong with Him doing so? Some people put mother Mary on the left hand.Ive just about heard every interpretation than him having a Bride in the flesh. His word is one of fullfillement as on earth as it is in heaven. Why not from the Top all the way to the Bottom? Please be careful in your response this is sensitive stuff. This is a challenging meditation of the whole of creations aspects.I love this meditation because it really brings alot of perspectives to the surface.Peace and Love JHS Christan

Why would the Word Of God desire a wife? Did he have a wife the first time he came?

We are told that we will not be wives or husbands in eternity. Jesus said we would as Angels

Mark 12
24 Jesus answered and said to them, "Are you not therefore mistaken, because you do not know the Scriptures nor the power of God? 25 "For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.

So if we will not be married why would The Word of God who never desired a wife take one?

Why wouldnt Jesus desire a wife in the flesh?

I can see where your scriptural points are coming from and yes Jesus is the first Born of the dead. But Jesus is not on the same level as those he raises. He is the original son of God from the Beginning.First off could you supply me with some scripture that sais he never desired to take a Wife?I really would like to get into this a bit deeper.2 corinthians 11:2 "To present you as a bride pure bride to her husband."Now Paul is referring to both men and women as the bride."The Congregation of the Lord"Jesus is the head bishop of this congregation that leaves the space for a female to represent the Body and is referred to as such symbolically..Step back a few and consider the ***** that rides atop the beast. As I said scripture is not for personal interpretation. One of the big controversial topics is the literality vs the symbolisms as an interpretation.I believe there is an"Antichrist" In the flesh.I also believe there is a *****.They are the incarnate representatives Of the Damned and are playing out their role someplace on earth..I dont see anything in scripture that suggests other wise it's a matter of taking the word literally and multidimesionally..Getting back to the Bride of Christ Jesus. His earlier statement on it being better not to marry.Mathew19 10 Now this was a direct response to The state of the relationship between man and woman at the time and that because of the unevenness between the two it was better not to marry the preceeding verses confirm this..Jesus was not a written in stone commander. He Changed his commands as the circumstances Changed. It is also written concerning the son of man Mathew 8:20"The Foxes have holes and the birds of heaven nests but the son of man does not have a place to lay his head."NowWe know John lay his head on Jesus shoulder I have had people do it to me.It is a magical experience.Even though Jesus had the Father he had nowhere to lay His head.So much Mystery abounds around realons of a marital nature. Consider that the end of John 21:25 "And there are also Many other things Jesus did which if were written down one by one not itself the world would not have room for the books being written." Now dosn't this also refer in Spirit to things he said. How much of the content of Jesus' knowledge and understanding of Holy and simple living matters were not written? The Books of the new testament give us all we need to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. They Do not however supply us with all the information available. That is why a full range of Biblical as well as oriental near eastern studies as well as Egyptain Glyphes and religion are part of specific degree programs in divinity school .It's a shame they are still taught as mandates of man but the info is right there. If Jesusu is the Second Adam Then I expect there is a second Eve. Why wouldnt Jeusus desire a single personal help meet?. 1 corinthians 7:28 If you marry it is not a sin" AND the 144,000 virgins FROM THE tWELVE TRIBES Manashe (meaning to forget)replacing the tribe of Dan whom stand withthe Lamb and " Who's seed remains within them " Are these lads subject to the same lives as those of the first resurrection? It's not a simple answer. Shalom JHS Yours truly Christan

You look upon Jesus as if He was a carnal man. For whatever reason you go seek out scripture to support that.

The 144,000 are males. for the scripture says that they will have never known (carnal knowledge) a woman.

And the references to the bride have always been symbolic weather in parable or prophesy.

Think when did marriage start? After the fall. What need is there for marriage in eternity?

The Books of the new testament give us all we need to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. They Do not however supply us with all the information available. That is why a full range of Biblical as well as oriental near eastern studies as well as Egyptain Glyphes and religion are part of specific degree programs in divinity school

Do you think that any of these other sources can be trusted???? What divinity school did you go to? What denomination?

Jesus was "tempted in all points" as we are, yet HE DID NOT SIN. He chose not to be encumbered with the things that we allow our flesh to be satisfied with. HIS purpose was to do the "will of the Father". This should be the desire of every Christian and not to wish to become debaters of things that will not matter in eternity and if they do concern us in eternity, I am sure Jesus can/will be glad to answer these questions for us.

My reply

I live and grew up here.I studied hebrew at Hillel and Began a reference book collection and used the GTU library.I can assure you I have had the Holy spirit with me on my studies. If you find egyptian to be an unreliable source I would have to ask why.?Moses and Joseph knew about Egyptian wisdom and it was incorporated into the old testament. The rhetorical proof is there but it takes alot I admit to tread through egyptian things as well as assyrian cuneiform.Ive discovered that the Sphinx and Great pyramid are the markers for the CHerubim and Flaming sword at the east of eden there are two schools of though either egypt was the site for eden or mesopatamia known as Iraq today.Solomon married Pharoes daughter if you find proverbs rewarding Id like to point out that they have egyptian sources as well. The psalms have thier own distinct flavor but rhetorically have thier parallels in Egyptian scriptures. As far as marriage I disagree with you that it was fully instituted after the fall.A specific type of union yes but not marriage as it was originally intended "a marriage of equals"..Jesus comments as I said were being applied to a messy situation.I still believe in a Holy consumation that will include physical consumation. It dosn't change anything concerning the commandments or salvation as it stands today. Those who are part of the first ressurection will not play the same role as the Living preceding them this is not a simple statement there are nuances to it..I guess I should back up my talk with some revelation. There are 22 hebrew characters there are also 22 messenger rna structures that instruct the cells how to manifest.I have found many wonderous things in his word through the teaching of the Holy Spirit.Truly the Word and Flesh are one in the same there are codes for genetic salvation in the Hebrew scriptures. They dont translate .Shalom JHS Christan

2 Corinthians 614 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols?

Acts 7
37 " This is that Moses who said to the children of Israel, 'The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear.' 38 "This is he who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the Angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers, the one who received the living oracles to give to us, 39 "whom our fathers would not obey, but rejected. And in their hearts they turned back to Egypt, 40 "saying to Aaron, 'Make us gods to go before us; as for this Moses who brought us out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.' 41 "And they made a calf in those days, offered sacrifices to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. 42 "Then God turned and gave them up to worship the host of heaven, as it is written in the book of the Prophets: 'Did you offer Me slaughtered animals and sacrifices during]forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel? 43 You also took up the tabernacle of Moloch, And the star of your god Remphan, Images which you made to worship; And I will carry you away beyond Babylon.'

Revelation 11
7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Revelation 18
1 After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! 3 "For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury." 4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, "Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.

The 144,000 are males who never had sex , "for they are also virgins". I dont agree about the symbolic part tho. I dont think anything in the bible is symbolic, to a point anyway.

Jesus Christ, or Yeshua Messiah, will not, and never has, married a woman, because the Church is His bride. Even though He has still retained the human nature He took on at his incarnation, He has always had a divine nature and perfect communion with the Holy Spirit and the Father. He doesn't need or crave other relationships like we do in our still imperfect world with our imperfect relationships

1Corinthians 15: 50-58 50*What I am saying, dear brothers and sisters, is that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. These perishable bodies of ours are not able to live forever.
51*But let me tell you a wonderful secret God has revealed to us. Not all of us will die, but we will all be transformed. 52*It will happen in a moment, in the blinking of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, the Christians who have died* will be raised with transformed bodies. And then we who are living will be transformed so that we will never die. 53*For our perishable earthly bodies must be transformed into heavenly bodies that will never die.
54*When this happens—when our perishable earthly bodies have been transformed into heavenly bodies that will never die—then at last the Scriptures will come true:
“Death is swallowed up in victory.*
55* O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?”*
56*For sin is the sting that results in death, and the law gives sin its power. 57*How we thank God, who gives us victory over sin and death through Jesus Christ our Lord!
58*So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and steady, always enthusiastic about the Lord’s work, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.

paradox and dogma

Did anyone read TDS's reply??It was concise.I am trying to Share some perspectives I stumbled on and they stuck.Jesus and YHVH are the final Word on this manner.I tried to write a quote from Isaiah but it didnt make it to the thread for some reason. I appreciate the work Adstar put into the last post is there a way of cutting scripture to speed up the process of a good post.?Anyway Evangeline what you are saying is a number of church's dogma.I say this not to hurt your feelings I am simply adressing your remark..And Adstar I see your quotes and I know what they refer to.I would like to take this really timely opportunity to point out the nature of scripture. The Way scripture is written in many ways is Bi Polar.Just go through the Prophets and you will see punishment and healing on the same page directed toward the same people.Prophecy must be taken in it's entirety in order to grasp the nature of it.Yes Adstar as I said your quotes are direct and understandable in context with the topics I have brought up.But I can find just as many Quotes that support the healing aspects of my topics.as I said Read Isaiah 19 it is total flip on Egypt and Assyria in reference to the Lord.I dont know if it qualifies as a real paradox but the Word does seem to have the ability to be paradoxical. That is where I meditate. What is going to happen is going to happen I pray that those with some of the more traditional forms of dogma in their congregation are given the opportunity to gracefully accept the Day the way the Lord gives us it.Pleas let me knoe you understand this is in no way a personal thing Im just pointing out something that has come around quite a few times in my life when I discuss Prophecy.Peace JHS Christan

Jigfly Nice post. But I dont agree with everything Paul interprets. He had a thorn in his side It was supposedly Epilepsy.Alot of his writings are very down to earth but I can see that his verbal dance has it's moments of not quite hitting the Bullseye.I Believe God did this to Paul to make an example out of him and have us dillegently search Him out and not rely predominatly on the writings of the Apostles. Those letters have a different meaning now then they did when they were written. They expected Jesus to return In their lifetime. It's a sobering thought and the Pauls words support this aspect of his writings. .I reiterate I love Pauls writings but I Take them with salt and oil. They are not cannonized like the Tanak.I know this is a razors edge but hey I like challenges.Peace And Love In JHS Shalom Christan

So your earlier post promoted pagan religious rightings from egypt and now you seek to undermine the rightings of Paul :thumbs_do

Your user name is Christian but are you?

Paul's teachings were a product of inspiration from the Holy Spirit. If you read Pauls letters in a chronological order you can see that he was continually growing spiritually and in his revelation of Christ. As far as Paul having epilepsy, I have not found any scripture or other historical writings to support it. Now concerning Pauls expectation of Christ's return in his lifetime, you are right , he did. Does that make Paul wrong?
Mark 13:32-37
32*“However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows. 33*And since you don’t know when they will happen, stay alert and keep watch.*
34*“The coming of the Son of Man can be compared with that of a man who left home to go on a trip. He gave each of his employees instructions about the work they were to do, and he told the gatekeeper to watch for his return. 35 So keep a sharp lookout! For you do not know when the homeowner will return—at evening, midnight, early dawn, or late daybreak. 36 Don’t let him find you sleeping when he arrives without warning. 37*What I say to you I say to everyone: Watch for his return!
So you can see Paul was just following Christ's instructions and instucting others to do the same.
The 66 books of the Bible are canonical. I want to encourage you in your pursuit of the Truth, but suggest yous earch the Bible and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you.
John 16;12-15
12*“Oh, there is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t bear it now. 13*When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not be presenting his own ideas; he will be telling you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future. 14*He will bring me glory by revealing to you whatever he receives from me. 15*All that the Father has is mine; this is what I mean when I say that the Spirit will reveal to you whatever he receives from me.It's ok to read other books, but they cannot reveal truth, they confirm the truth.

Amen evangeline. Each plague God brought on Egypt was a direct judgement on Egyptian beliefs. I've tuned into many a documentary on the "tube" that implied that the beliefs of the Egyptians influenced the Hebrews. I don't buy it. God established His promise and His covenant with Abraham before the Hebrews were in bondage to Egypt. Abraham's earthy daddy believed in more than one god, but Abraham didn't buy that either. I believe that this is an example of how our relationship to the Lord is personal if we truly are His. It was the fact that Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, and Moses held on to the God of their earthy daddy's that set them apart. Although, in each one of their accounts to us, we see how the King of Glory revealed himself to them, taking the beliefs that they had held on to, to personal experience. The work of the Holy Spirit in each of our personal relationships to our Lord is all any of us holds on to. Otherwise it is man's teaching that we are holding on to. There's always an Egypt to corrupt all of us. Our Lord calls us to be set apart.
Hebrew's 11: starting at verse 24 states this : "By faith, Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;" ect...
About the marriage issue, there is no male or female with Christ. Let us also be called to rise above this. He calls us to be "married" to Him in spirit and truth by His Holy Spirit. Why would anyone want to put those chains back on? I mean that train of thought. The Father saw fit to give His Son a human tent to house the Holy Spirit. Now through Christ's obedience to the Father's will the Holy Spirit dwells with and in us. Christ has a glorified human form now (I recall His words where He asked "Does a spirit have flesh and bone? Can a spirit eat?"). From a legal stand point, so to speak it was impertative that the Son obtained the human form to redeem man from the fallen state. Had any other way been possible; it would have also been possible for the cup to be taken from him. Things are seldom (in reality) what they appear to be in this realm. Let's us give Him the glory He so rightly deserves!!!

Ok so how many of you have done a real study of the Prophets? Go ahead and pat each other on the back for your opinions backed up with Quotes in an attempt to negate my perspective..It dosn't change the Truth .I really hope that those who post replies using scripture as a weapon on threads I start realize what they are doing.Im not saying that all of the Quotes that are being put on this thread are impertinant. What I am saying is those who misuse Biblical quotation to invalidate my studies will no doubt have it backlfire on them.I dont have the time to debate anymore.Shalom JHS Christan.

Yes well said YOUR perspective.

.It dosn't change the Truth

Right again, The thoughts of humans do not change God. your thoughts included.

.I really hope that those who post replies using scripture as a weapon on threads I start realize what they are doing.

We are exposing deception in the Body of Christ and using the Word like a two edged sword using it to test the spirits.

1 John 4:1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

What I am saying is those who misuse Biblical quotation to invalidate my studies will no doubt have it backlfire on them.

Those who seek to undermined the Word of God with their vain studies will have it backfire on them eternally.

It seems to me that you are the one doing the patting on the back. We can read all the books in the world, and have every degree that man has come up with. But does that truly make us wise? I say, big deal. Consider Paul. He was taken up to the 3rd heaven and the things revealed to him, he could not tell. There are many theories on "Paul's thorn in the side." Time does not allow to go into all the details. You have voiced your opinions and wanted input concerning the thread you started, yet it seems that you have taken offense in some areas of certain posts made by others. Only the Holy Spirit reveals the truth of God's word. I've read the Word before and never picked up on the meaning God intended. Then the next time the Holy Spirit spoke to me about that exact scripture; God's Word is ongoing in many ways. It is as alive and cuts like a 2 edged sword as it ever has. I hope that you are not implying that some are not as smart as others, simply because some were unable to partake of the education that man has created. God is not impressed with how many books,or degrees we might have. He only looks at the heart. Also remember that he uses the foolish things to confound the wise. Jesus said, and I am not quoting Him word for word; It was somthing like this. He rejoiced and praised the Father for revealing certain things to those that man would never expect to know anything, while hiding the matter from those so called wise in the eyes of man. We all have certain things revealed to us by God that may not be shared with others. It's between us and God. Jesus also said not to throw your pearls to the swine. Sometimes things make a full circle and when they come back to us we realize different aspects and can then see with 20-20 vision. We can't let pride stand in our way when it comes to our opinions It doesn't mean that we're wrong, but the unity of our faith in Christ Jesus is the most important thing. jmh137

Giving feedback and being stoned with the Word of God are two different matters.Im sorry to be involved in this .I didnt make it clear to all who I was addressing.Look if you want to give me feedback thats cool but Im not into posts that arent civil. Some people no doubt are capable of doing more than just saying words.Basically I am talking about cursing people The intamacy provided by this board makes it imperitive not to direct hate towards members.I have physically experienced hate from the thread within the past 4 days no doubt.I one the other hand have cursed no one in words or in my heart . I did ask for feedback I didnt ask for this.As far as the Native american thing goes.It is our nations best example of the Bible being used in corrupt manners. To this day Native Americans are being put down by Christan folks living on the land they once roamed on.The damage done to theAmerican indian by organized religion has been extensive some have lost their language.I use this to correlate to anyone who uses The Word in a brutal manner. Please keep your feedback hate free.ShalomJHS CHristan
