Roman Catholic Charismatic church?

Ummmmm, pray mean to talk to something in the spirit, so if you talking to mary that means you really praying to her which is a demon not Mary that is a devil lie because I was a former roman catholic. Anyways my question is, is that I'm thinking that Roman Catholic Charismatic church don't seem to run in a same operation as some Protestant Charismatic church because I think the power may not be from God so I believed is pretty different..:lightbulb
Excellent point brother stylez. When you pray, your talking basically. So, "asking Mary" is praying to her. Its unbiblical and indeed, your praying to demons.
Jesus said you can come to the Father ONLY through Him. ONLY, not "or through Mary". Its very easy to understand. Unfortuantely, some are too conceited in their own understanding, or at least dont' care to be humble enough to confess their sinful nature.

I love this scripture, only God give us breath into us and these things dose not have breath...

No that would be YOUR opinion because its what GOD says that matters. What GOD says and considers praying is what matters. I guess you cannot defend yourself if I asked what is prayer? Is it not talking to GOD?

Praying is worship but talking isn't necessarily praying.
My point is, not all catholics are same
If praying "isn't necessarily talking" then what is it? When we pray, we "usually" talk to GOD. Talking to GOD is considered a form of worship. Anything to praise GOD is a form of worship, don't you think?
You need to get your facts straight before making assumptions based on your limited knowledge - especially that one catholic friend you mentioned. If talking to GOD isn't praying, then what is it? Its praying.

The fact is Mary can't hear us. Only God can hear our prayers and Jesus is the only mediator. I believe this subject would upset Mary. She was a great woman, but even she knew she wasn't sinless.
1 Timothy 2:5

If Mary was sinless, why did she offer a sacrifice for her purification?

Scripture teaches us that Mary was just like you and I. She needed a Savior too. She was in the upper room on Pentecost waiting for the Comforter. She was not immaculately concieved as the Lord Jesus Christ was. She had tainted blood and was born with a sinful nature. She needed the blood of Christ too.

I realize there r false Charismatic
I realize there are false Charismatic and the real one and Roman Catholic Charismatic or Charismatic Catholic Renewal are just one of it as the false Charismatic and other cult churches which can’t say what they are because judging something can be a mistake and they say don’t judge the book by its cover, to what I feel and discernment I wont go to those churches and won’t deal with it and just let God keep me to what church I should stay in as I am right now.
I had also look at the video on the Charismatic Catholic and see how they have church and I feel like there is something different and odd about it and I hear how they spoke in tongues and there something odd about it too.. I’ve also read on there site that they say Mary is the mother of Charismatic or something like that saying they got heal from her and all that stuff. I know what the bible say about lying wonders and see that is not the Holy Spirit and for me in I think it is the same demonic spirit that appear where they think is Mary what cause it.. Just notice that the Catholic is stuck on this man made Traditions, church is very serious not toy or going fun fun; I find it serious but not that is wrong to get joy in church because that real bible rate there, just to receive Gods joy.. :shade:

The Bible clearly shows that the papacy is the antichrist. I have a catholic family and I try to show them from what the Bible shows, what they are involved in. It is really sad but the best way for satan to fool people is through a "godly" church. Hope I don't offend anyone.

I was a former Catholic but it wasn't the Charismatic one lol.. I guest if I was in the Catholic Charismatic I might still be Catholic, but I thank God that I left the catholic church:shade::shade: WooooH Whooooow! I'm freeeeeee!!! hehehehe lol

Let....redeemed's arguments make no sense to me...This topic should be studied in light of the other scriptures..I sought God about this and I know that the gifts are still effective..if healing/tongues were not efffective what would signify the presence of the Holy Ghost? When He works,he works in a very magnificient manner...like He did on the Pentecost...
My sister was born blind,but now she's healed.The doctors were all speechless.Her Optic and Occulomotor nerve were delaying the impluse,the doctors said nothing can help it...but now you see,she's healed totally.If the gift of healing was not meant for today,then why did Jesus heal people in the past..Was salvation for only people who were at the time of Jesus? No.
I speak in tongues...My uncle can interpret it...And it's always encouraging...And if you don't believe it,you wont receive it...It's a very common gift that helps in personal edification...But yeah I've heard of people who just utter gibberish they've heard earlier...It's a very personal matter...Be skeptical about it,you wont receive it..But I know that what I have is from the Almighty God.If you say I'm faking it,I doesnt change the fact that I feel refreshed everytime is speak in tongues...You might say I'm basing it on my experience rather than on scriptures...let me tell you I've studied this and God showed me through scriptures it's there today

This is wonderful news, and yes God heals today. I praise and thank God through our Lord Jesus Christ, for healing your sister.
Exactly, we cannot please God, if we don't believe. He will do anything if we ask Him. According to His will and according to His Word.
Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Mat 7:10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?
If we go to the Almighty Father, He will bless His children with these gifts. I speak in tongues too and I prayed to God for interpretation of tongues, while speaking, while praising and worshipping Him and He has.
He has also healed me of panic attacks. I was addicted to medical drugs, which I was taking for over eight years for that sickness. Doctors told me I had a chemical in-balance in the brain and needed medical drugs to treat it. But God healed me of this sickness.
If one put's their full trust in Him and not man, He will heal you.
I used to have terrible nights sleeps too, and suffered from insomnia, but now I sleep better than I ever did. So God has given me sweet sleep.
Pro 3:24 When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

I am sorry that my comments make no sense to you. Scripture is very clear about the usage of tongues. They are for a personal edification only.
The sign gifts were given for Israel because the Jews sought after a sign. When the written word of God was introduced there was no need for the sign gifts because the Lord manifest Himself through His Son and His Word. If you notice in scripture God does not address tongues after I Corinthians 14 again until Revelation when He once again deals with the nation of Israel once again.
Then seek an eye doctor for your sake.
You never met every believer in this world, therefore you have not seen the gifts given to them and the "signs" performed by the Holy Spirit. Don't take the Word out of context just because your overly confident in your own understanding.
If I tell you I saw a sign, will you be blasphemous and claim the work to be from the devil? I'd be worried of you if you did.
I agree with you, but carefully so. I'm thinking your referring to the symbolic meanings in the book of Revelation?

I don't recall citing any scripture in my last post but rather refering to the usage of tongues in the New Testement. I don't believe that i cited any scripture out of context. I never said anyone did anything by the power of the devil. I believe that God heals people all the time. I am careful to study scripture in context as well as topical usage and many other aspects of scripture.
