I don't necessarily have a problem with presenting Christianity to kids at school. But if we do so, we must also teach all faiths: Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, etc. And we have to do this in a completely unbiased way.
Since I don't think that is an even remotely possible ideal, we shouldn't teach religion in schools.
If Christianity is taught in schools, other faiths would have to be allowed as well
My question is "Taught by whom?" If taught by atheists or agnostics or folks not trained in apologetics there's little chance of a balanced presentation.

How could an atheist, a Roman Catholic or anyone other than a true Christian teach with passion, certainty and give full assurance of the truth of Christianity
Firstly, Implying that a Roman Catholic is not a 'true Christian' is both insulting and ignorant.
Secondly (NOT relating to what you said at all) Christianity should be taught in Christian schools, it should not be taught in public schools because the fact is if their parents wished for them to learn about Christianity they would put them in a Christian school or would be teaching them about their faith at home. However, Public schools should teach about Religion in a general sense touching upon the most significant Religions. In fact, even Christian schools should at some point touch upon other faiths too.

Priests, Pastors, Preachers - I don't see the difference, I don't see the problem. Also I guarantee you that you will find paedophiles/homosexuals in all denominations, in all religions, in all parts of the world so to even associate Catholicism with Gay Priests or Paedophiles is ridiculous. I don't understand how being a Roman Catholic would stop me from preaching the Good News.
