God through Christ has made a way for all men to come to him by accepting Jesus Christ.

I agree.

In Romans it was saying, if God loved you when you were an enemy,(enemy in this sense just means seperated from God.* ...

And who are those that are separated from God? Non-Christians. In other words, all of us were the enemies of God before we accepted Jesus into our lives.

God is not mad at the world.

The biggest mistakes Christians make are they treat the people of the world like trash and tell them God is mad at them and hates them.

Quite the contrary, God so loved the WORLD that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever should believe in him would not perish, but have everlasting life.

Why do people keep saying about how God is not mad at the world and that he loves everyone? Is it because I say that your enemies are not your neighbor? I got the impression that a lot of people think that if a person is not your neighbor then you are to hate him (or that God hates him). Even if a person is an enemy of God, you are still to love him as Jesus instructed us to love our enemies.
