Tactical advantage of NOT being in America.
1. The first sin was Pride by him.
2. Satan loves to mock God. What better way to do it than with the Anti-Christ and False Prophet?
3. Jerusalem is God's city. It is advantageous to be closer and with the "Kings of the East" and all, then surround it on all sides will happen faster than with a military that has to travel over a huge ocean to get there.
