I never said it Wasn't wine at the wedding. Jesus was performing His first miracle.

Scripture Does say 'all things in moderation' -- but do 'we' sometimes use that as an excuse To? There are Lots of people who Can drink just once in a while and it doesn't bother them. And then, again, with Other's - the 1st drink is followed by lots and lots of more drinks. So -- just to be on the 'safe' side -- don't even have One.

I think there was someone that said it was grape juice, I wanted to clarify for everyone that reads this thread. Yes I guess we don't know for sure, the verse doesn't say that detail.

I am not saying he was a drunk, but if to much wine he would get drunk.
Maybe the bad wine was sour.

Wine is wine and unfermented wine is just grape juice... Who would even call it unfermented wine in the first place?

Alright everyone . Lets be nice.
Reguardless of whether it was wine at the Last Supper or grape juice . It is still something Jesus asks us to do in rememberance of Him
Its one of the reasons im not so handedly down on catholics. At least it is something they stick to in scripture. More than i can say for many of my brethren, who are more afraid to look too catholic than follow what Jesus asks

Also, we must remember it is a memorial, so we will not forget. I have not forgotten about Jesus, neither have you, why, because I know He lives in you! For your words has betrayed you, They might need a memorial services to remember, you don’t .

Ok memorial, what excuse do churches make to not do as asked?

But i still want the Bread of Life .
Even after the death on the cross, and Resurrection, Jesus joined them on the road to Emmaus. Yet they did not recognize Him. And even when Jesus spoke all the scripture about Himself , still they did not recognize Him. It wasnt until the Breaking of the Bread that thier eyes were opened
It isnt just a memorial . There is something special in the Breaking of the Bread .
