The Spirit of The Lord

I don`t know if this is the right forum, I hope so otherwise you can change it
I feel the Spirit of God a lot recently, I feel Him moving through me, giving me thoughts, inspiration or just support, but I also feel Him like a strong something in me, a strong force, I can feel Him with me inside, going through me, have you experienced something similar? or how do you experience Him?
I get so very I want to DO something for you God when I feel Him like that
