Hey Rizen!
That's actually a gift from God. When I was ministering to someone, I felt her pain and actually began to cry because I felt what she was feeling. I believe this is a type of discernment.
Discernment is the ability to differentiate between good and evil spirits. However, there's times when our spirit aligns with others and we can feel the same they are feeling.
