SignUp Now!I don't care if you call it a cult. Puts me in good company with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.I think this is a first for me. I ve happened across lots of cultists over the years but I cant remember actually witnessing someone as they are trying to start one up.
Not if you include the book of Revelation. That's it. Our entire Canon is only the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
And yet you exclude the first few chapters of the book of Acts, which directly gives account of the Life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Our entire Canon is only the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
Actually, these are called "Red Letter Christians" and we've been around for quite awhile. Our entire Canon is only the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. You would have thought someone would have thought of it before me--but nope.
Whose interlinear? Various translators have been published, Green for one, Marshall for another. Zondervan published Mounce's version, but it's rather unimpressive. I like much of FF Bruce's work, but I don't recall that he ever published an interlinear. Neither has Wallace, but his work on cataloguing the Greek mss is both time consuming and invaluable. Oh dear, almost forgotFirst off, I already own a copy of the Interlinear NT.
God would not confirm a corrupted translation with any sign. Would He? Independent scholarship shows that the NIV is corrupt, and I'll suggest this book so you can compare all three versions and see the mistakes for yourself - (there is also an NASB edition). The Holy Spirit confirmed with a sign, which I won't go into with you, that it should be the NIV.
So copyright violations don't matter to you? Interesting.Fortunately, it is available online as .pdf, and I will put the .pdf on my website soon.
And I repeat, anybody who knows what they're doing would not select the 1984 NIV Bible as an authoritative translation. And I wonder why as a High Priest you wouldn't learn to read the original language for yourself. But there has to be a final authority when it comes down to a decision, and for us that's the 1984 NIV.
Fascinating... might you be able to provide a link to this? (PM if need be.)In a week on CB, you changed the pentagram logo to a cross for your church icon
With all due respect (and I mean this) the canon of the Church of the East was not corrupted by Rome -False doctrine will never be accepted, because the Holy Bible in its entirety is the Word of God. The Bible alone.
I know a few people who can and will ... on a forum that will not ban you. These are known as hyper-dispensationalists, Ed. I'm surprised you've never heard of them.but how can following ONLY Jesus Christ be a different Gospel? And no one will answer me on that. NO ONE.
So just to clarify, he started this religion in 1993 before he repented of his occult ways?Repenting of occult ways? Edward, you started a religion. You are teaching these things to people. Started in what, 1993? And what? You teach a seminary and are a veridican priest?
This seems to imply that the RCC and Greek Orthodox canons are different.Catholics are different. Greek Orthodox are different.
So just to clarify, he started this religion in 1993 before he repented of his occult ways?
(It's somewhat hard to keep track of all this.)

Rhema
Why am I not surprised...Rhema, I'm not responding to anything you have to say.
Your screed would have been better served by you not bringing accusations upon me. Go ask your familiar spirit who I am. Then it would be best you repent. The fact is, I know Satan, and I know demons, and I know how they lie and the tricks they use. I know things about the dark side you will never know--things I will never talk about, except to God who already knows. You believe because you have been told what to believe. I believe because of what I have seen.
And have you cast any out? (I have.)The fact is, I know Satan, and I know demons,
Then you would know his purpose here on Earth. (I do.)I know Satan,
Yes indeed. You and your wife decided this. Most all people in any ministry decide this type of thing on their own. Now were you to have said, "God led me ..." that would be an entirely different matter, but you penned your words, and I shall let your yes be yes.On November 4th, my wife and I decided to start the Veridican Church of the Divine in Christ.
28 years of back and forth and back and forth? (Your own words...) You do not seem to understand that I am not your enemy. And since "28 years" seems important as a claim to experience, my interaction with Christianity and with Christ is more than 50 years. But as you can see, it's not like I'm a new Christian or don't have any experience at this. It's been going on like this for 28 years.
Well then, thanks be to God.Will I return to the occult? No.
As if you are the only ones who believe such a thing? Yet the old adage applies - the proof is in the pudding. The question to be asked, then, is what exorcisms have been accomplished? And what miracles have been worked? Now I understand your reticence (and actually share it), so it would suffice for you to say, yes, exorcisms have been accomplished and miracles have been worked. But truly you should know, you're not the only one.3. We believe in spiritual gifts: Dream interpretation, personal prophecy, miracle-working, visions, and exorcisms. All of these are strongly supported in the Gospels.
The Christian Church has not followed the teachings of Jesus since about the time of Paul. This should be obvious to anyone with half a brain - although, as I have mentioned, the Dispensationalists (especially the "MAD" - Mid-Acts-Dispensationalists) have built quite a "ballet of logic" to dismiss the teachings of Jesus.I used to blame myself for this, but now I blame the classic Christian Church.
In truth, it sounds like your sample rate is very small. As an example, the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod is avidly against abortion. (You must have attended a service of one of those ELCA heretical Lutherans. ) I have visited more than 470 churches across the wide spectrum of Christianity throughout my life, and have taken classes at the Moravian Seminary and Princeton Theological, and still I can consider myself only adequately acquainted with the Christian church at large. Don't take this the wrong way, but when one is seeking, going to "a" church here and there just seems a bit lazy. I was 14 when I found out that one could get a copy of the initial manuscripts of the New Testament (much to the denial of my parent's IFCA church which taught that these were "lost to time") and I decided then and there that if one were truly committed to Christ, one would learn the language in which the teachings of Jesus were published. (Who wouldn't?) And I even provided you a link to this bible so that you yourself could compare a Greek text with both the KJV, NIV and even NASB. Marshall has made maybe one or two mistakes in his English gloss (though he would say different choices) but even mild study would show you that neither the KJV nor the NIV can be trusted.I tried going to a small church, ... I then tried a Lutheran church ... Turns out they were pro-abortion. ... So, I tried the Catholic church, ... That was all a very long time ago. Sometime after I was married, we tried to go to a Pentacostal church, but they were simply insane. We tried a small Baptist church, ...
Were you to have said, "Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ is my calling" you would have stood blameless. But your need to be "special," set apart and above others, shall be your downfall. Indeed. Needing to identify yourself as a "High Priest"? Jesus rebuked those who merely identified as "Rabbi."So, where do I stand now? Read the Articles of Faith. Veridicanism is my calling.
So you started something in 1993 that you didn't know what it means entirely until 2021 ?? Do you understand just how bizarre that comes across to others?Veridicanism is my calling. I know now what it means entirely.
Interesting. Where in the teachings of Jesus is astrology validated?2. Astrology is from God. It's all over the Bible. It's in the Gospels.

But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.(Matthew 23:8 KJV)
Again, don't get me wrong. This teaching applies to everyone in the Christian churches that even allow themselves to be called "Pastor" or "Reverend" or "Priest."
