What happens to all the people born during the 1000 yr Kingdom reign.

The Kingdom of God is within you
Elements of Messiah's kingdom have been available to anyone and everyone
practically since the days of Cain and Abel; but Messiah is not now on-site in person.

* There are a number of parables warning folks to be vigilant lest they're caught
unprepared for his arrival.

You are a year older than I but I will not indulge in comedy. I've spent the better part of the past 32 years studying and doing my best to live the Scriptures. To the best of my understanding all of the Saved, from Creation Day through the day before the Great White Throne Judgment will permanently reside in Heaven and those that revolt against our Lord will burn in the Lake of Fire forever.

You are right that Yashua ha'Mashiah is not ruling at this time. If He were people like myself, Veterans of Combat, would not have shed blood in our heads that we are not able to dismiss.

Well, I was under the impression that we all understood that the Kingdom reign on the earth did not commence until after the first resurrection.
At that time a man will be more rare than fine gold, meaning there wont be many humans left.
We who are with the Lord in that Kingdom have been changed and these mortals have put on immortality and incorruption so we are no longer human and are not accounted
as such.
The number of humans is few but still some are left on the earth to repopulate it as when the thousand years have ended they will cover the earth like the sands of the sea.

That said my original question was what happens to them concerning salvation, spiritual birth etc...seeing that Satan, the beast, the false prophet etc are not present during
that period, and they are visibly able to see the immortal sons and the King of the Kingdom?

The millennium era is a bit complicated as its citizens will be an amalgam of
resurrected folks and not-yet resurrected folks.

According to Matt 22:30, the resurrected folks won't have families; whereas
according to Isa 65:19-25 etc, the not-yet resurrected folks will lead normal lives.

I think we may safely assume that the not-yet resurrected folks will consist of the
ordinary people of earth who manage to survive the Tribulation events depicted in
the book of Revelation.

Now, even if every one of those survivors are saved folks, there's no reason to
believe the generations they produce during the millennial era will be anything
but lost sinners in need of salvation just the same as people living in our time.
In other words: saved mothers don't give birth to saved children; and many of
those unsaved children will to go on to participate in the political activism depicted
by Rev 20:7-9.

* A curiosity associated with the millennial era is the practice of Old Testament
Judaism. There will be a Temple in Jerusalem staffed with Levitical priests and they
will be going about their normal duties. (Jer 33:17-22)

In other words: saved mothers don't give birth to saved children

How would that be possible as the saved would participate in the first resurrection where there are no more male and female so how/why would that woman, who is no longer a woman, have a child?
the not-yet resurrected folks will lead normal lives.

I'm sure your not saying the dead will lead normal lives as you'd need to be dead to be resurrected and that second resurrection doesn't happen for a thousand yrs later.

It isn't necessary to undergo the first resurrection in order to qualify for citizenship
in the millennial era. In point of fact, 144,000 Jewish men will enter it as normal
guys rather than resurrected guys.

Along with the 144,000 Jewish guys will be an undisclosed number of Tribulation
survivors allowed to walk away from the sheep and goats judgment solely on the
basis of their treatment of Jews during the Tribulation. (Matt 25:31-46)

Do you have a Scripture address for that prophecy?

Not hardly, as those Jews are not physical Jews. Those with Him are spiritual Jews, select, chosen, justified of God and are the brothers of Jesus.
If you read the minor prophets like Joel 2:7-8 These are not mortals.

Portions of the second chapter of Joel are poetic language depicting the ravages
of a plague of ordinary locusts, which at one time were a serious threat to farms
and ranches in that region. In point of fact, Joel's first chapter warned God's people
that their land was in danger of an imminent agricultural disaster.

Today's Israel likely appropriates insecticides to protect their crops. There are even
GMO developments these days that enable crops to protect themselves from bugs
without the use of chemicals.

Joel 2 is prophecy concerning the DAY OF THE LORD. Not locust plagues please!!! It even says that in the chapter.

There have been several notable days of the Lord (a.k.a. burdens of the Lord)

Noah's flood, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, the night of the firstborn
dead in Egypt, the agricultural disaster described by Joel, the downfall of Nineveh
depicted in Nahum, the Jews' seventy years of Babylonian captivity, the
destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD, and the Holocaust.

Those previous days of the Lord serve to validate the very real possibility that the
events predicted by 2Pet 3:10, and by the book of Revelation, just may be true
after all.

* The Holocaust is especially worth noting because it happened so recent in world
history. There's no denying that if God would turn on His own people; He will turn
on folks who are not His people.
