Every bible verse have a significant meaning because it the Word of God, but my favourite is Lamentations 3:22-26 this brought back good memories of a friend fighting cancer.

I have been through a lot in my life, even after accepting Jesus.
A massive spiritual battle almost cost me my marriage and my kids, although I have many special verses this one I hung to throughout.

There are many favourites.
However, one verse that really speaks to me in times of trouble, struggle and difficulty is:
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon Thee because he trusteth in Thee.
Isaiah 26:3
And how true the verse is......just to focus on the Lord brings deep lasting peace.

No matter how we feel, no matter what we are going through, no matter what the weather...
Psalm 118:24 (NKJV)
24 This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it.
Rejoice and give thanks to God through Jesus.
If we can Praise Him when we are down, when we are suffering, when the weather is foul, how much more we can Praise Him when things are good.
We have every reason to Praise the Lord, this psalm comes to mind, true happiness, no matter what we experience, comes to those Who Trust in God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Psalm 34 (NKJV)
The Happiness of Those Who Trust in God
1 I will bless the Lord at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 My soul shall make its boast in the Lord;
The humble shall hear of it and be glad.
3 Oh, magnify the Lord with me,
And let us exalt His name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears.
5 They looked to Him and were radiant,

It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.
The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in Him.
The LORD is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh Him.
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
