When and where does the wolf lie with lamb?

Isaiah chapter 11.
Will there be hay fields in heaven? Or is this a certian period to take place on earth?
 
I would think this to be metaphorical.

(Isaiah 11:6 KJV) The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.​

(Hosea 4:16 Brenton) For Israel was maddened like a mad heifer: now the Lord will feed them as a lamb in a wide place.​
