When The Road That You're On Seems Sooo Long.

I am going through something minor, but it is a trial. Tuesday morning I woke up with my left ear feeling like it needed to pop, and with me not being able to hear out of my left ear. It has not gone away. I still cannot hear anything out of my left ear. It is weird, for if I plug up my right ear, it is total silence like I have never before experienced. My doctor doesn't seem to have any available appointments, so I will call in the morning and see if another doctor can see me. Interesting thing is that Tuesday during the day the name Meniere's disease popped into my head. The Lord does that sometimes, so I intended to look it up, but forgot. Tonight my husband told me I should google my symptoms, and Meniere's disease was one of the first things that came up. I have had a lot of what it describes, over the years, and I already had partial hearing loss in the left ear from when I had a vertigo spell several years ago. If this was the Lord speaking to me, and this is what I have, this could be permanent hearing loss. Yet, I know God has allowed this in my life for a purpose, so I pray that I will learn what he wants to teach me through it, and that he will use it for his glory. I also pray for his healing mercies.

Thank you so very much for your prayers. I have had terrible stomach pain for several years. It comes and goes. The doctors don't know why. Also, I have a growth on my upper throat, mostly flem. I'm asking my Great Physician to heal my old ageing body.

He did, Chopper. Thank you! Turns out it was wax build-up that was blocking both ears, only it was the left ear I went deaf in. They cleaned them out, and it didn't come out easy in the left ear, because I have some kind of extra flap or something in that ear to where they had to go around a corner to get to it, but they got it, but it was a painful process. But, now I can hear again. Amen!

God uses these types of things in my life sometimes as parables to illustrate biblical truths, and I could not help but think about ears that are stopped up and which refuse to hear God and to do what he says and how it will be a painful process for them when God opens their stopped up ears so that they will hear what he says. Yet, I think we all have times when our listening is not what it should be and so God has to get our attention so we will listen better.

My dear departed mother had the same problem. When she finally came to be under my care, we took her to an ENT Doctor, because it seemed that she was having difficulty hearing us except when we shouted. Real Loud! I was there with her when they pulled ear wax that was at least 1 to 2 inches in length from each ear! The look on her face was amazing to behold. At the age of 90, it appeared she had entered into a new world with her ability to hear having returned!

I praised His name then as I praise His name now for you Dear Sister Sue for the return of your hearing! Alleluia!

Timothy was told to drink a little wine to settle his stomach..I would recommend pure grape juice I hope you can find some as so much sold as wine these days has alcohol in it.
As for sore throats vinegar can also help To remove phlegm.

Often times in the Bible there are simple solutions for our ailments.
