Why do so many Christians support abortion, gay lifestyles, etc.,?

I'm not talking about condemning anyone, I'm talking about the unwillingness of many Christians to simply say that abortion violates God's commitments.

Well first of all, I dont know very many people who call themselves christians who are not against abortion. Perhaps you are including in your count, the people who know about Jesus and God, but never truly were born again. All that being said, many people dont want to say things that might upset people they like who are pro abortion.

You dont need to lead a group of people who are somewhat christianity into battle against the forces wanting abortion. It doesnt work that way. Do what you can as per your "convictions" in the real world and by no means give up on prayer and asking God the question you ask here and then wait upon the Lord for the answer, but most people are too impatient for that. For we are Creatures, even "APEX SUPER PREDATORS" male & females AND we will eat our own and if I will eat my own, what do you think I will do to you?

Because: They do it in The name of The WORDLY and Earthy word called "Love". And this worldly word called "love' it seems cannot be contain and have destroyed and broken "millions". The Abortionist is seeking comfort and peace, The "LBGTQ" is seeking comfort, peace, love and contentment. That is why they marry, for many marry because they have fell in "love'. That is why all kinds of couples live together they love one another and want to be together. People do not come together and live together to hate one another.

Like I have said Thousands of times through out my walk in "The SALVATION of GOD" GOD"S meaning of LOVE is so different Than The love the world and most christian knows, And the "happiness" of GOD is far different too. And It takes a Child of GOD about 10 -20 years,30 or 40 plus to learn what the LOVE of GOD is and the happiness of GOD is and to Believe it, once it is understood what it means.

"My ways are not your ways, My thoughts are not your thoughts." Just because we can say: "Agape" that is how GOD thinks? A lot of christians believe that. And you better not try to explain.

No this is what the definition of LOVE is in The mouth of GOD:

"For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome," That is not a feeling. Real Love is not a feeling.

People, "I love him so i married him" I love her so I married her. Next month divorce, next year divorce, 10 years divorce, 20 years divorce, 30 years divorce. Child of GOD if you cannot figure that out. the Reason you have not learn, because you are holding hands with the world and we still hold hands with darkness rather than Light. and many of us are still liars. And we still preferrer "The Wilderness songs":
"Moses is not here and we waited on him, so we made a "Golden Calf" and we dance and cerebrated how GOD delivered us from Egypt and Pharaoh's Army." so we dance and committed "Orgies' we drunk and dine and cook the fatty calf. For we preferrer "riotous" living for it is our natural.

And one day when Jesus take the cover off "Man" he is going to know He deserves to go to hell and never come out. God will not have to throw him in, he will jump in. "figure of speech"

You see today, many are still blind, But Tomorrow, the light will come on, And we are going to get a good look who we really are. As age creep in I think you got a idea. we better hope we will not live a thousand years in old age. Because some are going to try to die and they cannot. Can we imagine today we are 67 and enter the "millennium' and live another 900 years and still growing old and grumpy. And living outside the gate.

We need to be keeping track on these storms, Winds, rains, floods, food shortages, and all of these "meteors:. falling out the sky, The news is Censoring a lot of materials. that is unprecedented happenings, that never has been recorded before of such likes.

And no one seems to be putting on the pressure for revealing "world disasters". For the common people of this world are always "gullible" by the influence by "Deterrent" to steer from other directions of Great severity, to alleviate great stress and to hold back as long as possible. And History has testify this is a good practice.

That is true it was prophesied the Lord said you will be taken over by your enemies and displaced into territories because your ancestors did wrong so Jesus said to pay taxes and pray for those that are ruling over you as long as it does not dissuade youFrom doing the father’s Commandments unfortunately a lot of churches don’t follow this commandment
But remember there are several instances that people submitted to the ruling dictatorship
Jacob submitted to pharaoh
Daniel submitted to Nebuchadnezzar
Jesus paid taxes to Rome (even had Peter get a coin out of a fishes mouth)
But they didn’t go against gods authority

Perhaps for the same Reasons "Christians" see no problem in supporting military action and wars and spending hundreds of Billions of $ on arms and weapons of death and destruction, see no problem in leading lives that are destroying Gods Earth and condemning Millions to lives of abject poverty and suffering, ive even seen Christians claiming their Country was "blessed by God", or who have "In God we trust" on their banknotes, even though Christ said you "Cant serve God and Mammon", ive seen Christians support Hate filled anti immigration policies and even the building of a wall to keep out their poor neighbours, ive seen Christians in my country supporting a Government thats just cut Overseas Aid that will cost the lives of around 100,000 men, women and children in the poor countries every year and who oppose the sharing of COVID vaccine technology with poorer nations that has already caused such death and suffering all in the name of Big Pharma Profits,........ yes we ALL fall so far short of Gods Commandments of Love, Compassion and Justice that ALL of us are in dire need of his mercy and forgiveness.

There is a spiritual war going between darkness and light. Unfortunately wars, and treatment of certain nations has to be done to slow done or even totally stop the darkness from prevailing. Think of it as putting a huge boulder in someones path to slow there journey down, not necessarily stop them. Government aid for example rarely goes to those in need, rather it goes to the elite of those nations. Hospitals, schools? No. Parks, military weapons, Rolls Royces, Rolex watches for the administration? Yes. And where does the food go? Usually to those who support the regime.

Perhaps the question might be, Should Christians use the power of Government to impose their moral agenda, lording it over others. Isn't the Gospel to be an internal spiritual transformation of the individual?

I'm currently on a 6-month suspension from another Christian forum for confronting a Christian that supports abortion for any reason. That prompted me to do a little searching and I discovered that, per that poll, nearly HALF of Catholics and 1/3 of Protestants support abortion for any reason. And when I posted my question in the OP, I was a bit gunshy that I would be attacked by other Christians for the question.
