Dear Atheist

Biowza, just three things:

One, how does science disprove God? God created this perfect order and gave us the brains to see the logic in creation, so that fact that anything can be proved scientifically doesn't prove that God doesn't exist - it only proves that we have a very intelligent Creator and;

Two, evolution is just a theory - it cannot be proved. This guy (Dr Kent Hovind) offers $250 000 to anyone who can prove evolution. Why? Because he knows no one can. Here is the website - you can go have a look for yourself.

Creation Science Evangelism - Creation, Evolution, Dinosaurs, and the Bible.

Three, God can be proved - 100%. It's simple. When you look at a building, how do you know there was a builder? When you see a painting how do you know there was a painter? Your logic tells you that the building and the painting is proof there was a builder and a painter. How could they exist without it? Same goes with creation. Creation is proof there is a Creator. Logic tells us it cannot exist without one. If a mere building needs a builder, how much more does an intricate universe need a creator?

Wow!!! What an explanation? So simple?? You just enlightened my mind. So long I was explaining the very same thing to Biowza, the hard way.

Thanks for your explanation.

Science and Religion

Science and religion are mutally exclusive, the two cannot exist together, and if one has knowledge in both one generally regects religion.

Webster defines science as "possession of knowledge as distinguished from ignorance or misunderstanding".

I am a scientist by education and trade (meteorologist), and as such have studied many books ranging from astronomy to geology to physics etc. The one book that I have found that has possessed me with the most knowledge; and has done the most to rid me of "ignorance and misunderstanding" is God's Holy Bible.

Read God's Holy Bible with an open heart and mind and pray for Jesus to save you. Jesus saved a hard case like me, He can also save you.

We as Christians should pray for Biowza that his eye's will be opened and that he will obtain true knowledge.

Very clear and concise explanation.

Thank you and God bless you sister

This thread shows an urgency to pray for lost souls.

**I pray and wish that Biowza's heart and others like him in similar situations will be softened and opened to receive the love of Jesus...In His Holy name...Amen**

That is not very nice. That is not how we should be treating non-believers. We should be seeking and saving the lost like Jesus did, not telling them to take a "hike".

Wonderful explanation, brother. But, many will argue, well who created God?...I wish they could hear themselves ask this question, who can create the Creator? Who can make the eternal? Just how is that possible? We were born with the knowledge of God in our hearts, and for people to say there is no God, it is just them trying to deny that He does exist, and He's going to judge them for their evils.

So many people are being decieved by the devil, we're so caught up on worldly things! So much that we would do anything to gain more money to put in our pockets. Satan has put a price tag on everything in this life, when God gives everything He has to us freely. People are just too blinded to see, I just pray that many more come to Him before it is too late.

I think the most powerfull arguements against athiesm lies in the very origin of life and matter, not the processes. First of all even if a black hole explains where the matter for our universe came from where did the matter in the black hole come from? Did the extreme gravity fo the black hole simply force matter into existance from nothing? It had to be created.

Aside from the evolution debate where did this first cell come from? The so called thoeries for this seem more like guesses. The "thoery" or guess that was presented to me in college biology was weak at best. It has been a couple of years since then but I think the general idea of the guess, sorry "thoery" was that a loose agregate of molecules and elements formed together in a sphere shape (which can be replicated), and with an enourmous jolt of electricity (from lightning) a living cell came to life. I think an attempt was made to do this but alas nothing sprang to life. There may be better thoerys to this but I am sure they are all weak at best.

Where did the DNA of these first cells come from? Even the simplest living things have DNA. More importantly how did the complex information in this DNA become encoded there in the first place.

This is all kind of like the "what came first the chicken or the egg saying". Our wordly minds simply cannot grasp how everything first came into existance. The answer lies outside the realm of our physical reality in a different dimension perhaps; and in that dimension or dimensions beyond that is the resting place of GOD.

I'm sure there are some small holes that are in my arguement that can be exploited against me, but the underlying truth of my arguement is absolute. Just my 2 cents.

That is not very nice. That is not how we should be treating non-believers. We should be seeking and saving the lost like Jesus did, not telling them to take a "hike".

You are right but I think she said that due to the lies I exposed previously of Biowza's motives. Read my post about his profile, not to mention how he continually refused to answer very important questions such as "can you refute miracles performed by GOD, etc..." He did not come to learn about GOD but to mock Him instead.

Then again, we should be Christ-like no matter what. Like a lion (stern, truthful) and like a lamb (humble, loving).

Yes I did see that. Just didn't want Biowza thinking that we all want him to take a hike, that's all. I did read a thread where Biowza said he is an Atheist and wanted to find out more about our faith, but I wonder why he put those things in his profile?

Looks like he is gone anyway. Let's hope the Holy Spirit got a chance to work on Him though or that we at least planted a seed.

Well let's not think that he's gone. Let us surrender him into the hands of Jesus because nothing is impossible with Him.

God bless you.

Thank you for the great facts, and I call them facts, because they are more real to me than any science. Praise God !!!

Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom." -Ps 145:3

Here's my personal letter to all atheists who deny GOD.

Dear Atheist,

Do you think its a coincidence that...
of billions of stars and planets in the many galaxies, only earth has life, and abundance of it?

Actually, were not sure of that. Our telescaopes can only see around 10 billion light years away. And even so we couldn't possibly see life on them/

the sun is 400 times the size of the earth's moon, 400 times further away from earth than the moon, yet they look both proportionally the same size in our sky?

You're wrong about the first fact. Around a million earths could fit in the sun so I'm sure the amount of moons is smaller. 400 times further away? That's also not true. The moons distance can me measured in kilometres, the sun in light years. They look the same size because the sun is bigger but farther away and the moon is smaller but closer.

the sun lights the days nicely, while the moon glimmers in the night sweetly and the clouds bring forth rain to water our crops, which bring forth food in your stomach?

Approx 7.8 billion years ago mars had water so it was a perfectly livable planet.

Do you think its a coincidence that...
birds in the air whistle sweet songs and dogs show unconditional love?

Not always true. The world can be buitiful and it can be terrible as well. Vultures give cries before they go and prey on their carcus of a meal.

your body heals naturally when you cut yourself, or you become sick and it goes away?

First comes vasoconstriction — blood vessels leading to the wound tighten to reduce the flow of blood to the injured area.
Platelets (triggered by enzymes leaked from the torn blood vessel) rush to the scene. These sticky blood cells clump to each other and then adhere to the sides of the torn blood vessel, making a plug.
Clotting proteins in the blood join forces to form a fibrin net that holds the platelet plug in place over the tear, and in just a few seconds or minutes (depending on how bad the scrape is), BLEEDING STOPS, thanks to coagulation! The fibrin plug becomes a scab that will eventually fall off or be reabsorbed into the body once healing is complete.

Once bleeding has been controlled, the next step is stopping infection:

The blood vessels that were constricted now dilate to bring white blood cells rushing to the scene. White blood cells engulf and destroy any germs that may have gotten into the body through the open wound.

When the enemies of blood loss and infection have been vanquished, the body turns its attention to healing and rebuilding:

Fibroblasts (cells that are capable of forming skin and other tissue) gather at the site of injury and begin to produce collagen, which will eventually fill in the wound under the scab and create new capillaries to bring oxygen-rich blood to the recovering wound.
Skin along the edges of the wound becomes thicker and then gradually migrates (or stretches) under the scab to the center of the wound, where it meets skin from the other side and forms a scar (about three weeks after the initial injury).
Scar tissue will become stronger and fade gradually over the next several years as more collagen is added, but will only have about 80 percent of the strength of the original skin.

Not all wounds heal equally. Generally speaking, more serious wounds take longer to heal. Individual factors also influence how quickly your body is able to recover from a wound, including:

Age — young'uns usually heal faster than older folks
Nutrition — the body needs a good supply of vitamin C to make collagen
Smoking — non-smokers, on average, heal more quickly than smokers
Stress — large amounts of stress can delay the healing process
Moisture — keeping wounds covered helps them heal more quickly because moisture allows skin to migrate across the wound surface with greater ease
Other infections or illnesses — diabetes, thyroid disease, high blood pressure, and poor circulation, for example, can decrease the body's ability to heal

humans have intangible senses, called emotions where we feel love, hate, anger, sadness, happiness, shock, confused, hurt, healed, and so forth?

As do most intelligent life forms. Evolution?

Do you think its a coincidence that...
you were born from a lady's womb and you will die a death, without choice of either?

There are many clones with emotions who wern't born from a womb. I'm sure in the next 300-500 years changable life will be achieved.

the complexity of dna is so mind boggling, that scientists worldwide now have gone from 'no god' to claiming a "Divine Creator"?

Just because something is confusing doesn't mean it's unexplaiable. What do you think Da Vinci would have thought if he saw a video iPod?

your body's anatomy is complex, so fine and so articulate that you wonder how this "accident" came to be?

There are an infinite amount of planets and glaxies. Just like you becoming a human from the stage f a *****, it is an extreme chance, but like an intergallactic lottery, someone has to win.

Do you think its a coincidence that...
there are endless variety of delicious fruits, vegetables, nuts, wheats to make infinite delicious recipes to satisfy our hunger?

Humans created those recipies with accidents and repeats.

there are thousands and thousands of exotic amazing land animals and thousands more amazing sea creatures?

Evolution?

you have eyes so you can see, ears so you can hear, heart so you can feel, mind so you can think?

Some animals dont have ears. They evolved over time into animals that do. Not much complexity is needed for a functional ear. All that is necessary is a nerve connected to something that can vibrate. Insects have evolved "ears" on at least eleven different parts of their bodies, from antennae to legs (Hoy and Robert 1996). Even humans detect very low frequencies via tactile sensation, not through their ears.

The transition from reptile to mammal shows some of the intermediate stages in human hearing. Jaw bones, which likely helped the hearing of therapsid reptiles, became co-opted exclusively for hearing in the middle ear.

This is an example of the argument from incredulity. That one does not know how something happened does not mean it cannot have happened.

Do you think its a coincidence that...
there are thousands of recovered artifacts proving the validity of Scripture, the Holy Bible itself?

those who have faith in Jesus Christ witness miracles, worldwide?

The evidence there is of 4 witnesses. FROM THE BIBLE.

almost all Old Testament prophecies have been already fulfilled and more continue being fulfilled?
The questions are posed in a religious book, as are the answers.

Do you think its a coincidence that...
a farmer plants the seeds, yet the farmer does not make the seed grow and the farmer never initially created the seed?

that fruits and vegetables have seeds so that they produce more fruits and vegetables?

your body needs vitamins and nutrients found in GOD's natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, wheat?
Do you think its a coincidence that...
you just happened to be here on a Christian site reading this letter?

These are some arguments an atheist would make. Just throwing them out there. The reason I personally believe in god is because I had a vision in a dream with him that felt real. But I don't think I could convince anybody.

Again, this is explained in biology. The body has a natural process of protecting itsself which it has inherited for thousands of years to the level it is today. Today's bodies are immune to certain older diseases as evolution has toughened up our cells from attack. This is once again explained without the need of an omnipotent being outside space-time.

Biowza,

Could you please explain this term "biology" for me? I mean what is it? Where did it come from? It is really quite intricate in the way that it works. I mean the cells of the body somehow "know" exactly what to do in order to create and maintain the life form they exist in. I am curious... How did this thing called "biology" come into existence?

Thanks

Hii Brother,

I don't know if Biozwa will ever visit this site again, because this huge discussion with him happened about 3 months back. I wonder if he will ever come back again. But if he replies, you're luckly. But if he doesn't reply, please don't get disheartened, because he hasn't visited this site for nearly 3 months.

I'm glad that you have joined here. Hope you will visit this site regularly and I hope you enjoy the fellowship here.

God bless you.

I thought I might repeat what I said to another forum here:

They know God exists. For Romans 19 says "They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Thought everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities - his eternal power and divine nature." - Deep in their hearts, they know the truth about God, but they say they do not know him. They are hiding from God, because they want to do "worldly" things, such as drugs, sexual desires.. They make up excuses to avoid God. Hence the introduce of the theory of evolution - it's a clever and a cruel way to avoid God, by making people believe that we evolved from apes, so that people say to themselves - nothing to worry about, there is no such thing as God! Let's enjoy (worldly) lives!

Many anti-christ or Atheist will try and battle the truth, but they will ultimately fail at the end. No one can battle the truth.. and their heart knows it.

Thanks Richie,

I Knew this thread was old, and I doubted that this person would come back and read more. I just wanted to add this thought in case he or she did. It seems that Atheists or non believers always offer explanations that result in no explanation. Sure biology can descibe in great detail the intricasies of life. But it does not offer an explanation of how biology itself came into being.

"Atheism: The belief that there was nothing and nothing happened to nothing and nothing magically exploded for no reason creating everything and then a bunch of everything magically rearranged itself for no reason whatsoever into self-replicating bits which then turned into dinosaurs. Makes perfect sense." - author unknown

Big Bang = Jesus Christ. If you prove the Big Bang, you prove Jesus Christ.
Origin of the Universe

Job 28:23 "God alone knows the way, Knows the place where wisdom is found, Because he sees the ends of the earth, Sees everything under the sky. When God gave the wind its power And determined the size of the sea; When God decided where the rain would fall, And the path that the thunderclouds travel; It was then he saw wisdom and tested its worth--- He gave it his approval. God said to us humans:

"To be wise, you must have reverence for the Lord. To understand, you must turn from evil."

Heb 3:12 "My friends, be careful that none of you have a heart so evil and unbelieving that you will turn away from the living God."
