OK, What does the Bible say ? About Marriage ? About sex outside of Marriage. To be Married legally you need to 1. Make a Vow before God 2.In this country obtain a marriage license.. Then your spouse can wave that PAPER in someones face and say see I'm married. Could be a judge could be the IRS could be anyone that needs proof you are married. Hippy beads don't get it. " Marriage is honorable in all"....alas but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. He that commits fornication sins against his own body. It's in the Bible . God is Holy, Be ye Holy sort of thing. He says No, The World says it's o.k. ergo that's why the way is narrow my friends.

There are a couple issues that take place when you follow this route . 1 ) in the Word ( scripture ) it is clear , God wants us to experience marriage with witnesses and in celebration. 2) we are both physical and spiritual beings , being " married in the spiritual is not also the physical. As scripture states , the two become one flesh. 3) what you are proposing never works, as not having the physical contract gives room to walk away later.

I think what most see in being married Spiritually is that some had sex before marriage, then found out that it is not ok to have sex before marriage, so they use this as an excuse, some then went on to get married. The scripture some use for this is(1 Cor 6:15-16!!) verse 16!! After I became a believer I thought it was still ok to have relations with a woman until a brother in the Lord showed me this scripture, I then stopped!! I did not use this scripture for my misdeeds, I said but the Lord said to love everyone, I am just doing this. LOL What a Dum Dum I was before Jesus!! LOL

But there is Absolutely nothing “HOLY” about it to be “Biblically Sound”.

And she told me she would return to me again, and i believed it, so my mind created me, with no memory of the past. From age 8 to 24 I was afraid of women and had no relationship with them. And that woman did come back to find me when I was 24, God had healed my subconscious fear of women just a couple months before we met.(but perhaps it wasn't God and was actually my own mind). We had a short relationship and I did not touch her if you know what I mean.... Probably would have if I hadnt scared her away.

In my case the sex was around age 6 or 7 and was consentual by part of my mind but not another. And she told me she would return to me again, and i believed it, so my mind created me, with no memory of the past. From age 8 to 24 I was afraid of women and had no relationship with them. In your case -- you were a child and you experienced being molested and raped. And of course you would have been scared of women. That woman should have been in prison.

She needed to be scared away. Sounds like she's a predator and is dangerous. Stay away from her.

Sex (the joining of flesh) outside of marriage is impossible, since it IS the marriage.

What IS possible (and common), of course, is failure to remain monogamous with the one you're married to.

"Licences" are nothing but "civil contracts" and unrelated to actual marriage, only to the "LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT".

"Ceremonies" are largely meaningless, except that Legally they're required for the Civil contract to be valid (gotta be witnesses).

The existence of the Marriage status only requires the joining of flesh.

Any two people can join flesh sexually out of passion. It can be rape, incest an affair. But that does Not make a marriage. So a marriage is a combination of the ceremony, the marriage license and consummating the union.

A license is not needed. (Just ask Lee Marvin, although he's dead.)

The truth is, from a legal perspective a "marriage license" is a THREE party contract with the state as the third party, which gives permission to a judge to settle (preside over) a divorce by court hearing without requiring a 12 person jury. In truth, then, it's literally a Divorce Liscense, and No marriage is holy with three parties to the contract.
