The Father wanted the Messiah to do it, and the Messiah didn't want to do it. I just don't see how that is agreement. So, any further comments will just be going around in circles.

Jesus' desire as He was human now is not arguing.
Yes, some people believe it is but it isn't.
We know the purpose and being for each of the Three.
We can't imagine Jesus before He was born and had not experienced humanity.
One example of how God does know all but it takes a lot of will and fortitude to express one's desires and feeling to another and with God, verbally rather than through prayer.

What is prayer? A diolog ? Do you pray to Jesus? He died!!!
Jesus spoke to Lazarus, how could Jesus break his own rules? Was Lazarus saved?
At least when Paul talked to the person who died while he was preaching could be said to be saved - of course Paul talked to him has he told him to get up. And Paul raised him from the dead.
But what excuses does Jesus have if you cannot talk to the Dead? Jesus is breaking his own rules isn't he when he's raising up all these people who are not even saved yet!!!
What then constitutes someone who is dead versus alive when they die? Obviously Jesus cannot break his own commands his own laws of the scripture, about talking to the Dead.
So again I say what constitutes the criteria of talking to the Living verses the Dead?
There is more to understanding what the scripture is talking about then just talking to those who have passed on.
You may not like what I have to say but if you cannot explain why Jesus could talk to those who have died by saying get up, or raising the Dead such as Lazarus. Then don't condemn churches that believe that you can talk to those who died in Christ.

Anyone especially Catholics who do not understand it is NOT OK to pray to Marry, I encourage you to seek the word of God, and answered this one question, why did the curtain rip from top to bottomed in the temple when Jesus gave up his spirit??

Why is it so important that it is mentioned in the gospel?
Ask God to revel the truth to you, but with out knowing Christ who is the word of of God you will never know the meaning, or why it was done.You may even fall for the false doctrines of man like praying to Mary, I have been guilty of this in the past, but it takes seeking the truth, NOT needing to be right to understand what God will reveal to you. Humble ourselfs !
But make now mistake it is not ok to pray to Mary or any saints according to the word of God, do NOT believe me ;;;do a deep dive into it yourself, do not listen to self proclaimed prophets or anyone ,,,,listen to the Holy spirit and line it up with the word of God. We are responsible for our own relationship with God almighty and you get that by seeking him through his word, and prayer. with out the word of God flowing through your veins you will fall for anything. Catholics have so many traditions that are against Gods word,

There are too many holes in your arguement to fill in one post. And I can see your anger, even though you try to hide it. It comes through in the letter. I don't think you're angry at me you're just angry at the Catholic Church.
First of all I will just say this, I don't harangue the Protestants for their beliefs because what good does it do in the first place. What good does it do to stir up what they do or what we do that is so much different?
This is one of the reasons I quote that passage in scripture so much with the apostles have told some guy to stop preaching because he's not a part of the group The Apostles are. And what does Jesus say, if they're not against us they're for us.
And this is all I can really say to you, we are not against Jesus, we are for Jesus..
I would be happy, more than happy, to tell you everything I know about the Catholics and why they do what they do. But because you already have that anger and that pre-existing condition against the Catholics you will not listen to a word I say.

the question remains, why was the curtain torn, when you understand that you will be on your way to understanding we have one mediator between us and God.

God is inviting us to worship him in truth. Pulling aside the vale to reveal God in Jesus, in the Trinity. And ushering in the Truth of the Holy Spirit.
No only does the splitting of the veil bring God to us, but it allows everyone to join with God.
The vale was simple faith, now we are in the time of deeper faith, to learn everything Jesus held back, because it was too much for us.
The veil limited our understanding of God. Just like "only" following the teachings of the bible without the Holy Spirit. It is only through recieving the Holy Spirit you can hope to attain perfection in God.
Perfection in God is one who walks in the footsteps of Jesus.

Hebrews 10:1
For since the law has but a shadow of the good things to come instead of the true form of these realities, it can never, by the same sacrifices that are continually offered every year, make perfect those who draw near.
So what was the meaning of the curtain, what purpose did it have?? One of the main purposes of the entire OT and the law, was to point to Jesus. The good to come, the Christ the Messiah.
So what was the deal with the curtain?? " This signified that man was separated from God by sin (Isaiah 59:1-2). Only the high priest was permitted to pass beyond this veil once each year (Exodus 30:10; Hebrews 9:7) to enter God’s presence for all of Israel and make atonement for their sins (Leviticus 16)." This points to Jesus Lord King and savior, who died for us to take away our sins. NO longer was the curtain needed. Thank you Jesus.
