Do you honestly believe they could take away your private worship from you, even in a prison cell? We worship in spirit and truth not in congregations necessarily.
I doubt they ever took that away from Paul in prison or John during his exile. What we do on the inside they cannot change no matter what they do.
As Jesus and the Father are in me I just can't see them taking either or both away from me. Not possible.

I want to challenge the logic of thi:
The rise of the beast will be a global event
If/when a vaccine to protect against coronavirus is developed, it will be distributed globally.
Therefore the vaccine must be linked to the rise of the beast.

One does not follow from the other. Of course protection against a deadly disease should be made available to the whole world.

Again, I think we should be far more concerned about individuals and institutions that make a claim on our worship - taking that which is due only to God.

This virus is just another pestilence, the number of them is increasing, the strength of them is increasing, but these are birth pangs, there is more to come for sure, what I do find interesting is how these events are modelling the world to make thing easier to accept when the crunch comes.

It is interesting to watch and assess these things, but it must not be at the expense of taking our eyes off Jesus.

Exciting times for some, fearful signs for others, faith is going to be so important as we move forward and to.e shortens by the day.

Well put brother, the Temple is within us, they can close every church building, they can raise them to the ground, many will no doubt weep, but greater is He who is within, we worship in Spirit and Truth, anywhere and everywhere we go.

I can agree with that as the slow removal of cash and going to a digital currency is taking place as we write. If they can ever figure out how to stop
the hackers then the push to go completely digital will occur.

from my understanding digital currency bills have been brought up in the stimulus packages, dont think they have passed yet, but it is being pursued vigorously.

I should have been more clear. That's not what I had in mind. I was thinking of enforced worship of an authoritarian leader like Nebuchadnezzar or the Roman Emperor cults.

When I was a child they forced us (I think, they did it at school to everyone) to take a polio vaccine. Does anyone here know if they were forced to do it?
But that also was at a time, when the pharmaceuticals were not quite so corrupted, and less likely to do something bad.

But we must prepare and strengthen our faith, like never before so we can be prepared when tribulation comes.

And if we do a search in the bible of all the warnings that are laid out for us about the signs of the times it is a bunch !! here is a just a quick example

Luke 21:25-26
“And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves, people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

Luke 21:11
There will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences. And there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.

Matthew 24:7
For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

Daniel 12:4
But you, Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” ---------------
(this one right here has never been so true, the amount of knowledge at the finger tip of a person is mind boggling)

When a thing is not understood and we know the one who can give the answer it causes us to seek him the more in my mind.

Dan 11:3; And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.
Dan 11:4; And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven; and not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside those.

Now you're thinking this is ancient news that happened 2400 years ago. True, but so did the abomination of desolation that is said to happen again.

Dan 11:19; Then he shall turn his face toward the fort of his own land: but he shall stumble and fall, and not be found.
Dan 11:20; Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.

If this is the beast, and the beast is a 'nobody' that suddenly comes to power. How does he get this power? By deception.
He shall come in peacefully, flatter people, and start with a small (people, group, nation?) but grow and grow in power.
He will be able to do what not even his fathers, or fathers fathers did.
This may or may not be the 10 kings who exist "for one purpose" that is give their authority over their kingdoms to the beast. (Rev 17:13; )
So to me, it seems to me that he will gain most of his power and authority by peaceful (if deceptive) means (at least in the beginning).

The Bible does not use the words “one-world government” or “one-world currency” in referring to the end times.

The Bible does however, provide sufficient evidence to enable us to understand these things will occur under the rule of the Antichrist in those latter days.

One things is for sure, we are not there yet, we know it will be in the tribulation periods, but what is clear, I think, is that things are happening in the world which show, the world is moving towards a one world government and one world religion and has been for some time.

That is why we must pray for our governments.

I pray for our government, Israel's government, USA and others also. I also pray that wickedness and dishonesty be exposed in all governments in the world.

Because our governments are full of lost souls, not all but most, that relate that we really must pray for them, Israel first as scripture tells us.
