Peircings

Piercings are something that look cool and want to be done by all teenagers but girls are only suppose to have their ears pierced and that's it not like 4 on one and then 3 on the other. We have to understand stand that our body is only borrowed. God gave it to us to take care of it just like it was given to us. He want it to stay that way. It's like when u let someone borrow ur car and then when u get it back its all spray painted and has a whole bunch of things done to it. I mean yeah it looks cool but u wanted it how u had it before. It's the same thing with our bodies, we are God's temple and we have to always think that way.

I had my ears piered when I was a baby. Those are the only ones I have now. I don't think piercing on the ears is wrong. But exesive piercings on the ear brows, toungue, nose is kind of grose. I think a little butterfly on the belly button is cute, but I don't think I will do it.
I don't want to tattos. It looks like they hurt. I also think they look so nice.

Piercings ROCK!!!! The guy who did my piercings had like 20 on his face alone (not including his ears).

Hi all. we had such discussion in our country. well i think its wrong to do piercing cuz we are not cows or bulls. so maybe u do it on ur ear it might be fire but do one on the nose its really bad its like to say ur the one who made by god like he is and u call urself cow or bull. i forgot the quote about this but if i am not wrong its in the book after gensis. good morning

I'm kind of undecided at the moment but I don't think Christians should have excessive peircings as it just distracts and pulls the eye in the wrong places. Do you want people looking at your belly or at your face? I don't mean to offend but there should be limits to everything including that.
I've thought of getting my ears peirced before but I'm not sure if peircing your body is right or wrong. I like the insite Coconut had before.

I was wondering what you all think of them? Do you think their wrong? I think, anywhere but your ears is wrong, but if you just peirce your ears, I think thats fine. I have two lobe peircings, and one cartalge peircing. Soon, I will be getting another cartallage peircing next to that one. Do you think thats wrong? I'm just curious.

i dont think that piercing is wrong , some places r ok but others r so sick and wrong. when im 16 im gonna get my lip pierced & and the tops of my ears

there was a question at a youth conference about piercing, jewelry, makeup, etc.
the preacher answered this way
"i dont think you should do any of this stuff, cause when guys walk by someone with a ton of jewelry and piercings, they start thinking 'my, what a nice shelf'". everybody got a good laugh at that.

well...

I have had my ears pierced on the lobes but that is all i want becaues i don't like the lok of all different piercings.

As for makeup i only usualy where mascara because i have REALLY sensative skin i have to be careful what i use on my skin.

plus if i wear anyother makeup i look like the living dead cuz my skin is so pale lol.

And by what who.memike said about jewellry i dont wear any...only a necklace once in a while

please read Exodus chapter 21 about pierceings being a show of who your master is ..im not a teen but this is why i took my earrings out( Had a nice one too..sliver feathers ) God ask me one day who my master was and showed me this chapter ..it made me think ..not trying to judge anybody but just wanted to share..God bless
