The Apostle Paul said.......
2Co 12:2 I was caught up to the third heaven fourteen years ago. Whether I was in my body or out of my body, I don’t know—only God knows.
2Co 12:3 Yes, only God knows whether I was in my body or outside my body. But I do know
2Co 12:4 that I was caught up to paradise and heard things so astounding that they cannot be expressed in words, things no human is allowed to tell. (NLT)
The Apostle John said......
Rev 4:1 Then as I looked, I saw a door standing open in heaven, and the same voice I had heard before spoke to me like a trumpet blast. The voice said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this.”

such an one caught up to the third heaven. 3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth
4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not ilawful for a man to utter.

How do we know they didn't go to Heaven? John told us so.

no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
