What do you eat for breakfast?

What is your favorite breakfast?

Do you have any native/regional specialities?

Eggs mostly in various forms, sometimes cinnamon life cereal, sometimes butter and peanut butter on toast.

Favorite would probably be 4 soft poached eggs over 3 slices of toast (shredded into a bowl). We have about a dozen chickens.

No regional specialties for breakfast, maybe 40-60 years ago there would be, but now, its quite a variance.

We call those english muffins here. After toasting them, you slather on the butter as shown and then jelly or peanut butter.

A little meat in curries or stews as oppose to slabs of steak :smile:

Oh Ok..But you live in a warm climate right? That kind of diet would make sense then.
