SignUp Now!Well lets not forget, an angel filled Mary in on everything. And Mary did not die giving birth to Jesus.
Sorry if it seems like I'm trying to disprove anything, I'm just lookin for answers
Ah, yes sorry. My situation was purely hypothetical. And it was just a simple set up, there's not much information I can add. Many have experienced what you have written in your previous posts (You wrote What if you/your wife get(s) raped, you/she conceive(s), and giving birth will kill you/her? You/She have/has done nothing wrong, but neither has the baby. I can't imagine anyone having to tell their wife that they'd rather her die )
Your not the only one, if truly you did, experienced that. I know that does not relate to what you want, but I dont know if your just asking a hypothetical question .
But we live in a fallen world in which our victory is in Christ Jesus as our Lord.
You should ask "What would Jesus do in my position if all I said was true?"
But please explain yourself better so we can relate to your dilemma in any thing you are asking.

Funny thing "What would Jesus do in my position if all I said was true?"
I'd say he would preform a miracle and have them both live somehow. Seems like something Jesus would do.
I'm sorry for demeaning it to an academic standpoint, really. Its just that my girlfriend asked this question before and I was just thinking about it, and the situation scared me. I was hoping to find scripture to lead me in the right direction. Sorry if I offended anyone.Heeeyy, then what your telling me is you just wanted an itchy ear answer to appease your academic understanding and not the practical way in Gods power through Christ Jesus the Lord within your heart for a real need to be met by God. WoW! That's not fair!
Sounds like most in the so-called church today!
Abortion is a real issue that many who have taken are now hurt in their conscious who need real healing from God not an academic issue to have a right argument to ones theological stance!
People are hurting because they listened to the god of this world.
If you are one reading this right now, not referring to xv2000, God loves you and wants to bring healing to your life to the decision you made that you knew is wrong. And I suggest you contact the administrator of this forum, Chad, to direct you to someone who can help you through Christ!
i do not think the issue over whether it is sin or not is really up for debate. i think the vast majority of real Christians agree that abortion is indeed a sin. The issue, to me, is whether or not it should be outlawed. The issue is, what sins should be illegal and which should be illegal? If we make a law against abortion, should we make a law against unbelief? What gives us the right to impose one of God;'s laws on other people, but not the rest of God's laws on them as well? Furthermore, should we really feel sorry for a child who never has to live in this dark, cold world; but instead gets to go straight to Heaven?
I've always had questions about abortion, in the case of rape can the victim be guilty of killing a child in front of God? And if yes, then how will the mother deal with raising a child of rape? I know this may sound odd, but I really would like to know what the bible says about it or the spiritual conscience.
