I know that too many Christians that can be a conundrum. But from my experience with God he sees the hearts of man and women and even though there are couples who lived their lives and never are married in real life I mean they're never never stand before the justice of the peace or before a minister of any type that in God's eyes they are already married.

If it is true for one thing then it is also true for another. What I mean by this is that when Jesus said that when a man lusts for a woman he is committing sin.

if this is true then we have to understand that if a Man Loves a Woman deeply in his heart and she loves him deeply in her heart that they also become one in God even though we don't see it as humans

As it is written in Scripture Romans 2:15 and 16 they can point to the substance of the law engraved on their hearts they can call on a witness that is their own conscience they have an accusation and defense that is their own intermental dialogue on the day when according to the good news I preach God through Jesus Christ judges the secrets of mankind.

A spiritual birth is more that this, it is falling in love with God. The deeper your love is, the greater your spiritual birth will be.

You don't need rings. They are earthly things.
A marriage license is like $35-55 depending on where you live. Without that, if something happens to either of you, legally the hospitals and doctors can keep you away from each other. You don't get access to another person 100% or even 50% just b/c you're married.
The Certificate is legal proof you are. I know it's not optimal to go to a courthouse but so many problems can arise. There's no way to prove "spirituality" be it married or whatever.
Find out what you need to get legally married without all the show. That can come later.
