If God wanted to be known he would just be known to all of us, it wouldn't be contingent on blind faith.
If God stood next to you, would you say you would have free will to be wicked? I think not.

God wants things the way they are to allow for free will. He 'ironically' wants atheism and other religions to exist.

Well God was actually present in the garden of eden with Adam & Eve and their son's, cain still killed his brother though.

Adam and Even were in the presence of God. They were the first to sin. They were instantly removed. Cain sinned after. It seems obvious this not be in God's presence. The sin that God allowed / permitted in His presence was the eating of a fruit.

They still disobeyed God while in his presence. Either way, him being there or not made no difference, or did it.

Hmm, great! Now that's going to be bugging me all night.

He was not in the garden with Adam and Eve's sons. The children came after the fall.
