The ones written on our hearts and not on stone. Has Jesus stopped commanding? Has HolySpirit stopped teaching and leading? If God has written His laws on your heart why do you need to read them in a book?
In the old covenant they were led by the law, in the new covenant we are to be led by the HolySpirit.
You have quoted some things that Jesus said before the cross but look what He says after the cross.
Rev. 2:7, 11, 17, 29, 3:6, 13, 22
"Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches. "
Notice He didn't say listen to what the law says, He didn't even say listen to what the scriptures say. The HolySpirit is our guide and anything other is misunderstanding God's intent.
