He cursed the whole Sanhedrin and temple, because they worshiped the law and not God. As a result, Jesus did away with the Mosaic Law and temple sacrifice. Now, Jesus is our High Priest, He is our Sabbath rest, and His law is written in His Chosen elect's heart; His sheep who know His voice.

I don’t know that he cursed either one. The temple being destroyed I feel ,was because Jesus was the last lamb sacrificed. And the people kept on sacrificing animals.
Gal. and Hebrews tells us some after being saved went back to sacrificing.
The temple is not needed anymore so God destroyed it. I feel it was planned from the beginning,before Christ came in the flesh. It had to be destroyed.
Or Israel would still be sacrificing today.
Now my thumbs tired.

When God sent them to fight in Old Testament, they weren’t to let anything remain alive not even the animals.

Niether are anti-Christ's. If you want to get crazy technical , anyone who does not do the will of God, is an anti-Christ.
The whole concept that people are anti Christ because they do not think like us is ludacris.
Christians themselves are thier own worst enemies. How easily we forget the words of Jesus in the Our Father prayer. " and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us"
Trespassing against us ..... our beliefs, our faith, our lives, our God.
So when we judge others to be anti-Christs, where is our forgiveness for them?
